Didnt there used to be a regulation in place that prevented the reintroduction of a rider that was in the previous seasons final 1-7 when they were omitted from the new seasons side?? I thought it was aimed at making average manipulation early season more difficult. Presumably either 1) I dreamt it 2) its no longer in place or 3) special dispensation already agreed??

The 'uptopia' perhaps would be a league that attracts a sponsor big enough to make the income from attendences almost irrelevant. Ironically that could also be the type of league that could attract the best crowds regardless of the day of the week it took place!

HKP was responding to your comment that Rohan had gone downhill for a couple of seasons which wasnt right. 6.1 , 7.2, 8.3, 7.75 with a strong finish equivalent to 8+ isnt going downhill. Consistent improvement in Oz champs year on year. Rohan has some work to do but is very capable of the next step up. Most of all needs his head in the right place - thats the key IMO. The basic talent and speed is there.
