tend to agree with this. I dont think that any of the speakers are broken but are not positioned correctly for the current stands whether it be height/direction or whatever.

Regardless of whether Davey shouldve been allowed to guest there is one point that seems to have missed. I thought the regs no longer allowed riding under protest about team conpositon? Isnt there now a section (last two years or so) setting out required timescales for protests and that once the meeting starts thats it - decision final.

Teams should be available by now - it is less than a week away after all. If any riders are not going to be elligible then it should be made public knowledge ASAP.

Note to presenter It would be sad day if you chose to stand down. I think you are rightly perceived as one of the most accomplished mic men in British Speedway. I believe the problem is isolated to peculiar sections (quite apt for us) of the stand where opposing speakers are not in sync making it difficult to pick up clearly from either! Perhaps we should move closer to the knitting zombies again! wink

took off mid bend and went into the airfence at a rate of knots off bend 2.Whacked his face. Looked very nasty. Big shame for him as he has been excellent overall for the Witches after a tough first few weeks. Hope he is feeling fit soon.
