I would say that was the worst visiting performance in the whole of the time we have been in the PL. Worky can just about claim to be classified as asbysmal thanks to the pride shown by Jensen to win 14 and for Wells at least trying to get amongst it. Without that it wouldnt have reached the scale. For the Witches a great all round effort but the stand out for me has to be Danyon - take a bow fella. A couple of classy passes were the highlights of the night. Looks like its too little too late sadly re the play offs but hey ho thats life... Great to see a few join in with the hi vis and noise making including a some of the kids - top work!!

I hesitate to call the Comets a shower of sh!te as that would be unfair...... .......they havent been that good!!

Not winning at Worky was a bigger blow that not picking up point(s) at Glasgow IMO. Reverse the 44-46 - just 2 race points wouldve meant a 5 point swing in the match points. 2 more for us 3 less for Worky.

A point for the Witches would be a welcome surprise - anymore relys on something strange happening IMO. Realistically need a win to put a foot in the play off door to stop it slamming shut after blowing back and forth for weeks now. Shame both sides are missing a rider but at least its even for a fair contest. Is it the riders choice or do they risk a federation ban if they refused the pairs??
