Where it said you must include a 3 pointer it was meant as one of the 2016 batch and hence the reference that those in that group could use an average under 3 if they had not acheived that level. Im not so sure Glasgow are paying deals significantly above a number of other clubs. To me it looks like most of any money spent has been on the infrastructure of the stadium and facilities. You would assume they are one of the better payers but I doubt they are offering 'silly money'

So Hume Mountain Coles Smith Bacon JPB etc should all be a 2 as well as those who came in on 3 but didnt reach it being on their true average with minimum of 2.
