(Thats a general observation not an opinion on this scenario) Say I knew of a situation where Matt Ford paid a Poole rider on loan at Ipswich to finish last in races at Foxhall so Poole qualfied in a certain competition. I may not be able prove it but that wouldnt mean it didnt happen (and Im not saying it did btw ☺)
