This is mainly due to the refs being told to get on with the meetings and cut out all the delays we had last year, not BT, as a lot of fans were fed up with all the pointless delays and wasting of time.

The reason for the lack of posts on the BV Swindon thread is that it has been taken over by a troll from Reading and while it posts many others will not.

Correct these so called covenants etc mean very little, they are likely to ignore the one at Blunsdon as they could Poole.

What time saving, this fiasco has been going on for years. I still recon any sensible company will not gamble on wasting a few hundred grand by not getting outline pp, if they do then more fool the mugs who pay the extra money for the project.
