Am I missing something as at present there are 10 EL clubs. Add Ipswich and Leceister that makes 12 already. An expansion to 12 does not leave room for Rye House unless one of the current 10 drop to the PL.

It would make sense to have internationals with Team GB against others, where the riders get more experience at that level, but with all the GPs and now the European Championships etc where is the time to have these meetings.

If Poland,Sweden,Denmark etc have their own Championships is it too difficult to have them all, including the British Final, on the same day or weekend.

Have been to dog racing a couple of times and have been surprised how few people go to it, but they do put out special offers and occasionally have top race meetings which pull more in. It seems that the racing is mostly run for the tv in the betting shops. The public tend to park next to the spectators gate but the carpark behind the stand is mostly used by the dog owners and the one behind the back straight is not used at all.

All possible parking will be needed for Speedway, the dog racing gets about 50 cars and the market only ever gets about one third of the number that Speedway gets for a normal meeting let alone something like the ELRC, the playoffs or the visits of Poole. It has been mentioned that the park and ride at Groundwell, if reopened, could be used.

Just contacted BT inorder to change my line rental agreement which saved a fair sum of money. While on the phone the person I spoke to mentioned was I interested in BTsport. I said not at present but if they did show Speedway I would take it up. He answered that he was surprised how many calls he had received mentioning Speedway and that part of his job is to send feedback from customers to the BTsport section. He has seen speedway in the past and mentioned that he would send another comment across about it, so all those looking to contact BT about reducing their future bills ahead of Jan 2014 when the prices go up do mention Speedway.

Todays Swindon Advertiser has an article on the most read list about progress on the housing and new stadium development. With the change to more housing and less industrial development the car park for the stadium is being extended. It also confirms that additional parking will be allowed on the centre green of the stadium.

There are a few foreign organisations who beam sports with an option for English commentary , including sky, into the uk, and no doubt France as well.

These top meetings should be held at different tracks each year, also I would like to see the elrc held on a pl track and the plrc held on an EL track where no top pl rider doubles up.

This is down to the shortsightedness and greed of the EL promoters(BSPA) who should have looked to the future and put some of the SKY money into training facilities and I would have also included an amount to all PL and NL clubs.
