  1. Thanks A F , I always go to updates but there is usually a notification on here, it is not a major meeting or maybe Sue has been on the orange juice and not able to post on here, she does a sterling job and maybe just enjoying Christmas. I will check tomorrow on updates, here or Aus Speedway Forum.
  2. If anyone either gets the results or goes to the meeting at Kurri Kurri tomorrow could you please post them on here, thanks.
  3. Nick now lives in England but is in Aus for the Aus Championships and warmer weather.
  4. It is on for the next few days showing all the 2013 GPs
  5. Remember though if the team in brackets changes the date of a meeting which then clashes with the d/u riders other club the rider will ride for the original scheduled meeting ie the other club.
  6. Total rubbish, try getting your facts right. He wanted to ride as a Brit but was mucked about by the Speedway authorities so rode for Australia.
  7. Congratulations to Tai http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a46XEdxmznM Tai is raising the profile of the sport and this result may get BT to think about Speedway.
  8. Nick Morris rides for Swindon on a thursday so very unlikely
  9. Good news that they are keeping speedway at Peterborough and so far they have signed up good riders.
  10. Peterborough rode on a friday this year but there is talk they may change race night. This whole saga cannot be good for Nick as he really likes Somerset, and riding with Jason.
  11. And I thank you for that. Edited by Mr Obongo
  12. As well as for the Rebels this action may also have repercussions for Nick Morris, Swindon and others. Ashley Birks if ok may be back at Scunthorpe, which makes it awkward for both him and Nick to du at Swindon if both are at that club. It is not known that Peterborough will be in the PL, if they do join, meeting clashes with Swindon could rule him out of Peterborough. This could leave Nick without a PL team, screw up Ashley riding in the EL, muck up Swindons team plans, the whole thing is a mess.
  13. Sorry Hans, as not on PL club list did not think of them and like many others hope that they do run in 2014, in fact Panthers could be a better option.
  14. If Nick is dropped and still wants to double up Scunthorpe seems to be the only option, his mate Ryan is already there.
  15. Just ff through the first bit of it, saw Tai. Thought the tattoo around the neck was ok but the new one, a large rose on his jaw is b....y awful. It is his choice but seems to have gone over the top. Also disappointed they did not mention my winning a domino competition in the local pub.
  16. Done it, please provide results when available if poss.
  17. It should be done by using a percentage of any income the bspa receives, ie tv income and surplus income from the meetings the bspa run, also a levy could be placed on each club.
  18. That was because wee Jimmy was transported to Aus many years ago
  19. If both Jason and Nick ride for Swindon and d/u for Somerset that could be awkward if meetings clash as I believe any d/u rider rides for the club who "own" their licence.
  20. I would think many of all ages read the online versions, I do.
  21. After heat 7 you can vote for which rider gets sent home prior to heat 8.
