  1. Hampel £ 20 more NKI £ 20 more Pedersen £ 20 less Harris £ 10 more, I have a funny feeling , know it is mad but why not.
  2. A good meeting that got better as it went on. Hope Jason is not too bad after that awful accident. The commentary was complete comedy and after a while became bearable, just.
  3. In Swindon we have a few pubs with multiple screens where they can show different sports at the same time in different areas of the pub. In the case of one pub that supporters go to they have speedway on the main screen and other sports on the other screens in the same room so that while watching speedway other channels can be seen. In the other bars they might have football or rugby on the main screen. Even though pubs where you are may concentrate on 20 blokes kicking a bag of air around, it may be worth asking any if they would show the speedway on a separate screen, and if you can get a group of fans to turn up it would help. If you have a supporters group you could try asking them if they meet anywhere where they show it.
  4. Used to love going to the internationals we had, But since the GPs we do not have them anymore. They do have a few, under 21 or 23 but bring back the full ones, even if it is one 3 match series per year.
  5. He was the bouncer on the door of the room at the back when the local pre school and W I had their meetings there.
  6. Brilliant racing after the second round of heats. The overtaking was breathtaking and what a final. Well done KK and Ward, apart from a couple of tactical errors, showed how good he can be. Shame about the crowd size, those that did not go certainly missed out on great racing and a Polish winner. I hope Tai can get whatever the problems are sorted out soon. Bring on the next one.
  7. Have taken food and drink every time I have been there, was only told once I could not take food in. Rather than cause a jam at the entrance and insisting they dug out the conditions of entry and showed the relevant paragraph we went round the corner for a while, took the food out of the bag and put it inside jacket and approached a different queue to the section, showed the bag now only containing flask etc and went in.
  8. Quite a while ago Andrew Silver rode in three meetings in one day. If my memory is correct he rode at Reading or Oxford in the morning, not sure where in the afternoon, and at Swindon in the evening. The start of the Swindon meeting was delayed a bit and when his van arrived he went straight out onto the track as his bike had been warmed up in the back of the van, with the door ajar, during the last few miles of travel.
  9. Batchelor £10 more Kasprzak £10 more Zagar £10 more Ward £20 more Woffinden £25 less
  10. He has been sniffing the polish again while cleaning the cup on the Poole trophy shelf
  11. LOL, what a numpty, and even worse she wants to go to University, what a laugh.
  12. Agree with that sidney. Congratulations to Martin on the win, I wonder what comments Chris Harris will come up with.
  13. Morning all, there are certainly some unexpected scores from NZ.
  14. I was going on the way Nick has improved last year and his good start at Lakeside in the new format for Swindon and his scores for the rebels this year. He will score better than he did tonight.
  15. This one seems a bit better. Very close scores most of the way through, Nick had an awful meeting and should have scored a lot more. Will look forward to seeing the Fish on thurs against Swindon.
  16. I remember most of your predictions last year blu, are you using a new crystal ball this year.
  17. Repeated at a sensible time of 3.30pm and 7.30pm
  18. Agree fully with that, always listen when on, while following updates, another excellent service.
