No idea but the new pits are where the end of the present stand is so if it is not demolished before March they will have to use the old ones. Do not recall seeing any date deadline by which the sound barriers have to be installed.
No need to, the stadium is open so anyone who goes to either the pop up shop before Xmas can have a look, or anyone going to the dog meetings can see if anything is happening.
If enough of the existing riders ignore and dump the registration then new ones could refuse to sign one. If the majority did it the bspa would have to accept it or run with a couple of clubs. The rest could form their own leagues and continue riding.
Which is why the riders are daft to sign such contracts, if they all stood together and refused to sign the present contracts they would have a bit more clout. If they are happy to be "owned" by a promoter and told what they can and cannot do then that is up to them.
