  1. No, next one Glasgow - Sheffield on May12th
  2. Many thanks for info, and website r & r. I did look on Polish site earlier but could not find the meeting.
  3. Jason Doyle replacing Peter Kildemand, good for him for stepping in. http://totalswindonsport.com/2015/04/kildemand-replaced-by-doyle-as-return-delayed-again/
  4. This meeting sees the return of Peter Kildemand as a temp replacement for Adrian, and Troy is back from his injury. These two rode at the weekend Troy scoring 11 from 6 rides and Peter 7 from 5 but he has a press and practice day today to help get back to where he was. Peter will have to get dialled back into the Blunsdon track but we all know what he can do. The rest of the robins seem to be getting better, especially Nick who had a great meeting against KL. Wolves have two very good heat leaders in F Lindgren and Peter Karlsson and we all saw what Lewis Blackbird did for us against Lakeside scoring 8 at reserve, and who would have been welcome back to ride for the robins. I can see Swindon winning this meeting but if the rest of the Wolves can up their game they may get 1 point.
  5. Have seen riders use hand signals to the ref a few times, not sure if it means he is in gate two or is the two min on
  6. Most professional organisations have a back up plan for things that go wrong, especially if they have gone wrong before. Unprofessional operators state "lessons will be learnt", but they never are.
  7. This is their schedule now which previously did not show Glasgow on May 12th or Swindon on 26th, which now backs up part of what you posted. They just seem to be late putting the meetings on their schedule page.
  8. Sky now seem to have updated their schedule http://www1.skysports.com/watch/speedway-on-sky
  9. If that is the thinking and logic of the bspa it does make people wonder if someone else ought to be in charge of making up the rules etc. The old scoring system meant that both teams raced right to the end of the meeting if there was a possibility of losing or gaining a point.
  10. Good report and a few questions from Total Swindon Sport http://totalswindonsport.com/2015/04/robins-55-stars-37-five-things-we-learnt/
  11. Did offer to get his name plate back up in the pits
  12. Have a decent amount of shale on the track and you get a hell of a good meeting, lots of close racing and overtaking. All the robins and guests rode well, especially Hans, and Nick who has really improved this year. His races with NKI were a joy to watch and I thought in heat 15 there may be a coming together but credit to NKI for riding hard but fair. Was impressed with Kyle Howarth and Kyle Newman, also Robert Lambert and Lewis Kerr for Kings Lynn.
  13. Sue Andy Warren from Total Swindon Sport is at the meeting tonight and tweets scores. Once before his tweets were acknowledged and used. Tweet @AndyWarren
  14. But whoever is responsible for the appointment of members of the FIM Jury could be sued for the incompetence of the people they appointed, if it turns out the jury were at fault.
  15. Three paras above the one you highlighted. Tickets are non refundable and are sold subject to the organisers right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond their control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets. This may mean the change of venue but you know what lawyers are like. They seem to have already changed the number of races to be completed to avoid a refund and valid points for the championship from 16 heats to 12.
  16. Have you read the para 3 before the one you point out that seems to contradict the one you mention. It may not just refer to the change of meeting venue.
  17. No chance, 4 point away win for the mighty robins with all our guests.
