Agree with last para, the Cardiff GP clips and adverts need to be shown during non speedway motor sport progs. Most speedway fans already know about it.

Certain tracks in the UK do not have public transport going anywhere near them, so many youngsters could only go if there parents or a friends parent took them. When I started going there was public transport to Swindon Stadium and many youngsters aged 18 had cars, that is not the case these days.

It was enjoyable watching a couple of downhill soap box events, some very strange soap boxes but the exciting bits were the spectacular crashes where luckily no one was hurt, and that is not from a youngster. I would agree with many of the dislikes of speedway, the delays between races and continual tractor racing especially when it is cold or wet. Speed up the meetings, put on second halves where possible, there should be a 1 min restart after the ref stops the race for a start infringement and no stopping at the pit gate for fuel or adjustments.

Agree coombdog, with a team of youngsters, apart from Jason, who can and should improve as the season progresses, they can get to the play offs. It may be hard work for them at the start of the season but I am hoping that with the competition between Nick, Josh and Dak that the team will improve as the season goes on. Rosco also needs to try to get the top riders to help out Justin and the reserves.

Well that was an unexpected surprise A good team with the potential to improve throughout the year. Can see Nick, Josh and Dak chopping and changing as heat leaders which should be good for them and their competition can inspire Justin . Rosco may need to change or modify the team logo for a year.

They actually only have one stadium which they own, the one at Swindon. They rent the one at Poole from the Council the same as Matt does for speedway.
