Weather forecast fine for the day but may get a short shower this evening. -
Exactly, as there are outstanding issues that still need to be resolved, unless they have been in the last couple of days. Will have to see if the meeting program tomorrow tells fans where to park on thursday and for all future meetings.

Good luck to anyone who leaves their vehicles in any of those in the evening, let alone the cost, then the cost of the buses to the stadium. It will be fun for fans from outside of Swindon trying to find and get to Brunel West and Fleming Way car parks then wherever the buses leave from. If as stated in the latest notification from J Tomlinson that work should start this week has anyone seen information about where all the cars that use the present car park where the work is going to happen are going to park, and what arrangements have been made for them?

If you cannot say anything worthwhile go away

Coventry visit Blunsdon on Monday, their second visit this season. Swindon should have its normal line up and should win this meeting and pick up 3 points. Hopefully big welcomes will go to Jason Doyle who won his first GP last week and also Danny King the new British Champion. Remember that admission is only £10 and I am not sure if it is still available but tickets purchased online include a free prog.
-
It will be extremely difficult if not impossible to do, all they can do is charge more for anyone on their own in a car in the car park, so I can see people telling them where to go and parking elsewhere. Further tweet from J Tomlinson saying "We chase constantly and progress inches forward. SBC chasing for when actual construction starts". So his previous tweet which was dated Jul 1st seems to be a response without knowing any details, as start date was questioned which prompted the above.
-
The centre green is not being considered. It was right at the start when I saw a plan in the local paper showing parking on the centre. Car sharing is extremely difficult to arrange as fans come from all over the place.
-
But no doubt follows the "suggestions" of the home promoter.
-
That works thanks Have looked at the reports but can still not find any answer to the Councils main objection re parking provision during build or when the stadium is up and running, parking for Speedway. It is ok for dogs as they only get 50 people attending, 700ish spaces for minimum of 1000 speedway fans per meeting is a joke. I understand there is more parking provision to be provided but as yet this has not been confirmed.
-
Cannot see that, just get unavailable for viewing at this time. People have tried that, the Adver is useless, but as you say I would not believe anything Clarke said anyway.
-
Certain people at the stadium also keep claiming that planning permission has been granted and that construction was just about to start. I have no idea where they get their information from. I have been hearing this for at least a year.

Which is a hell of a shame as his comments were great. -
Cannot find that tweet on J Tomlinsons twitter so have no idea when it was posted or where it is now. Someone could ask @RobinsUpdates when they received it. It would also be good to see the question asked that this tweet was an answer to. The original application still has outstanding issues on it, but as arnieg states it may have been withdrawn, but it is strange that there is a letter posted on application on Jun 27th which has an outstanding issue on it.

It is easy Gem, get a piece of seaweed and hang it outside, if it is wet it is raining -
You could always write to him and ask him to prove that what he said was true.
-
Have not seen anything in writing Steve but we were assured by J Tomlinson that it was the case. If GI try to pull a fast one there is action that fans can take.
-
I would not have said the meeting last night was bad, there were a few good races later in the meeting.

June has been a terrible month with the lack of meetings but the Roobins are at the Bees again before they visit Swindon on Monday. Can we get another 50 + scoreline? Report from Rosco http://www.swindonrobins.co/news.php?extend.2707 -
