So it seems that the planning restrictions on the number of properties that can either be built or sold must now have been exceeded. Mind you it might be that by moving in one digger, a couple of cabins and building a gabion wall might be seen as a start if the planners max number of houses was conditioned on the starting of the stadium build. If that is the case the planners are not too clever, which being Swindon Council would not surprise me.
How safe is the condition that the existing stadium cannot be demolished until the new one is up and running?
