I would have thought it is easy for someone in the club to calculate the new averages from the start of this season thereby knowing what each rider from every team has, unless the bspa are going to muck about with certain figures because they have not done 4h and 4a.
-
It seems some of the riders are on notice, as they should be, but I would not want to be Rosco at the moment. http://www.swindonadvertiser.co.uk/sport/15320533.Rossiter_puts_his_Robins_on_a_two_week_warning/?ref=mr&lp=4 Will the same happen as has happened in the past, get rid of a rider who then improves and comes back with another team .

So is everybody else who follow Swindon

If it was as easy as you suggest every club would do it. They need to be above the track so that two things happen, water runs off it easily and lets the track breathe, ideally hang it on top of the fence on the outside of the track. -

They want to put a roof on it, that would solve the problem, a bl##dy great umbrella would do. -

If they were like the covers that are on the side of campervans that roll up into a holder behind the safety fence at the press of a button then they would be quick and easy to pull out and put away. -

The track was being graded at about 3 so covers would not have allowed the grading, apart from the forecasts, many of which were wrong and conflicting with each other, at 3 the weather was fine. A bit later the rain came and got heavier, there would not have been the people or time to get covers down. Ironically the rain cleared by about 4.15 and the next few hours were dry and bright. -

If we have bad weather in August we will be stuffed as we have 5 home meetings and 3 away. -
Correct, right will go for a Swindon win by a couple of points.

Blo##y forecasts, all over the place, no rain forecast from 3 and it poured down. The rain stopped and the riders were told if there was no more rain the start would be delayed till 6pm, a couple said they would be prepared to hang on for a 7pm start, even though a couple had put their bikes back in their vans and one or two had not even got them out. The pumps were clearing the water on bend 3 but about 3.45 it poured down again so the ref called the meeting off. -

Blunsdon is strange as often it can be raining all round the hill but not at the track, unfortunately it seems very rare to get an update from someone at the track. Unfortunately I am not able to post any reports from the track when I get there this afternoon about 3 as my phone is one that only works within a few meters of the box on the wall at home. -
Will see how the robins perform today before giving a prediction.

Unless I am reading it wrong 5pm states partly cloudy but underneath it has 47% rain, so they seem to be as confused as all the other forecasts. But there is 0% snow due Have had no rain in south Swindon since early this morning. -

That may be what is going to hit here as forecast has now got heavy rain at 2pm, then light rain from 3-4.30. That is what I meant by the forecast changing every hour. I will do another and last report about 1.30 -

The weather is changing frequently today as are forecasts so for someone travelling it is a gamble relying on them. Here in Swindon the forecast has totally changed in the last hour. -

http://www.swindonrobins.co/news.php?extend.2888 This meeting will be interesting to see if BWD and Zach can score some points over their last years club, and it will be good to see Josh and Charles Wright back at Swindon but for Somerset . Zach has scored another maximum of 15 for Lakeside this afternoon, that should give him a bit of confidence for this meeting. -
I see from the fixture list that after mondays meeting we have another gap of 2+ weeks till June 15th without a meeting, which is worrying as we have seen what happens to our performance after a couple of weeks without a home meeting. From the fans side surely even a Sprockets challenge meeting can be arranged, or what about re the rained off meeting against Plymouth.

2.30 Car Park open 3.00 - 3.45 Autograph session 4.00 Stadium Gates open 4.45 Parade 5.00 Racing Starts. Weather looks good and this should be a good local derby meeting. -
Killer got only one point in the GP, I wonder if not riding here is affecting his performances this year. Zach scored 13 points in a Lakeside win over Stoke. Nick scored 9 and Dany 1 for Berwick who lost tonight to Redcar
