Why is Bjerre not going off 15?

How the hell has Bjerre been excluded? This referee is a lunatic.

I wouldn't really call it a shock. A top 5 of Hampel, Laguta, Zagar, Michelsen & Jamrog on their day can beat any team in the league.

Just watched the Tarnow meeting, very odd why the rider in front in heat 15 didn't try slowing the race down.
