  1. Nobody cares if Coventry produce Brits, They have a losers mentality. Peterborough produce high quality danes with a winning mentaility installed into them and this was proved in the world cup as Pedersen,Iversen and Jepsen Jensen have all had a winning mentality installed into them by Trevor Swales during there stints at Peterborough, It was no suprise that Mikkel B Jensen was denmark's lowest scorer and this was down to him not meeting Swales yet... Hopefully Swales gets involved with Team GB in some sort of way because I would like to see the likes of Harris and Bridger and Woffinden being given some sort of direction by Trevor and that can take them anywhere, There would be no limits on the possible outcomes. Fancy Lawson to win this one, He is a sharp gater and as long as he stays on the right line, He should score a max.
  2. I have an idea, You can play the JOKER but if you don't win the race then you gain no points from the race and you get 2 points taken away from you.
  3. Australia have 4 riders who can match it up with the very best and that's Sullivan,Ward,Holder and Crump. Watt was out of his depth just like last year in the world cup final.
  4. Are you serious?  Jepsen Jensen - Emil - Jonsson - Doyle Spot the odd one out.
  5. Darcy Ward's Twitter: groin !!! Not everyone can pull the sully sook!! #cryingryan Sook means that somebody who is easily upset.
  6. Team GB won't stand a chance if the round is at the Showground. The Poles love the Showground, All the Danes have rode for Peterborough and the Russians will love the Showground even more.
  7. Are you bleeding serious TNT? Excluding Hilly for no apparent reason.
  8. Agree, I did question Chris,Darcy and Mark Lemon about Sullivan's exclusion on twitter but all I got was a tirade of abuse.
  9. Why don't Ipswich sell Gollob and Hampel as assets?
  10. Nicki Pedersen always fights a losing battle. He does the same thing for Gdansk in Poland.
  11. How about Eastbourne? Lewis Bridger would fly past the likes of Gollob and Emil and then Team GB can become world champs.
  12. Klindt is an average rider, He is not the future of Denmark. Comparing him to the likes of Michael Jepsen Jensen and Mikkel Bech Jensen is an insult to the Jensen duo.
  13. I disagree, This makes Event 1,2 and the Race-Off all high stakes and It gives us 4 great events. Jepsen Jensen was fantastic, Rick Frost must be jumping up and down because giving this young lad a chance was a masterstroke.
  14. Australia lost the world cup choosing Watt instead of Sullivan. Does anyone know the reason why Sullivan was excluded from the team?
  15. Speedway is a minority sport Do you see Polish or Danish people complaining about the standard of there football leagues to England?
  16. Russia won't win, They only won Event 1 because they were basically riding at home and they used a joker well. It's going to be between Denmark and Australia but I feel Mikkel B is a major gamble.
  17. It doesn't matter how old they are, If they are the best riders available then you pick them. Mikkel is possibly the only young rider but Madsen and MJJ are the best riders available to pick.
  18. The danes are not using the young riders, They are using their form riders. Iversen and Pedersen are 2 of the best riders in the world Jepsen Jensen is a better rider at this moment than the likes of Bjerre,Bjarne and Andersen Madsen has been in stunning form for Tarnow and his Swedish side. Just because Bjerre,Bjarne and Andersen who have been terrible this season doesn't make the Danish side a young team, The trio of GP riders are in poor form and they would be out of there depth.
  19. http://www.metoffice.gov.uk/weather/uk/ee/peterborough_forecast_weather.html No rain on Sunday.
