  1. Don't see what's the problem? Riders like Krzystof Kasprazak who have been in possession of illegal silencers have been allowed to ride in the UK but Darcy shouldn't be allowed? It's not like he has cheated or brought the sport into disrepute... cough "Edward Kennett"
  2. That's harsh on Michael, He was exceptional in some meetings but struggled in some. As for THJ, Harsh again as he wasn't fully fit for most of our meetings as he had terrible luck with injuries last year and his performance in the Swedish SGP showed he came back from injury way too early, His home performances were exceptional and with Poole and Swindon tipped to make the play-off's, He could prove to be a trump card for us at reserve.
  3. Common sense... Riding in the main body of the team is completely different to being at reserve. Anyone who thinks Wells will end up with a GSA of around 6.50 is extremely optimistic. Unless he misses tons of away meetings and the majority of his meetings are at home, It won't happen.
  4. Consistency is a major issue, For example last year at Poole; Norbert and Krzystof did a decent job but our trump card in Michael struggled with the Poole track. It's about getting 7 guys riding well together which seems to be a problem. As for the side the management have built, Can this win the league? No way but it can certainly make the play-off's and that's what we need to do before we introduce our big guns in Michael and Tomas.
  5. A fantastically constructed post that perfectly matches your intelligence levels.
  6. But on the other hand, If you look at our home form in the league over the last 2 years. 2011: 14-0-0 2012: 12-1-1* I agree we need to improve on the road but I firmly believe the skill is their to win consistently on the road, The riders just need to apply themselves on the road correctly.
  7. I have and I feel we have have been extremely unlucky on the road ranging from injuries to mechanical gremlins.
  8. If I was a Lakeside fan then I would be worried about Swiderski, He had a terrible season in Poland last year and it seems he hasn't recovered fully from his injuries.
  9. It just shows that when riders ride for Peterborough, They improve in terms of physical skill and mental toughness and aggression.
  10. Wells reaching a 6.50-7.00 average.....hahahaha. TNT is on another planet.
  11. Just noticed that all 3 wild-cards for the 3 opening GP's rode for Peterborough last year. New Zealand - Jason Bunyan Polish - Krzystof Buczkowski Sweden - Tomas H Jonasson
  12. Happy Birthday to Michael Jepsen Jensen and Henning Bager 2 riders that will always be welcome at Peterborough, Hope they enjoy their day. Onto a more serious topic, What should the riding order be for Home and Away matches?
  13. Anyone else get the feeling this is a very cheap side assembled? No GP stars like Lynn and Poole Larsen,Hougaard,North,Fisher are journeymen riders that are ok but not outstanding. No other team in the Elite League would have signed Bjerre coming back from his broken leg and Kosciuch who is terrible on the road. Only Linus is the rider that other teams would want, This side lacks global superstars like MJJ and Tomas H Jonsson ?
  14. Kosciuch should ride at 3 in home matches and move Larsen to 2 in the first couple of home matches. As for away matches, Move Norbert to 4 and put Linus at 3 with Kenni at 5.
  15. My Team In July/August 1. Bjerre 2. Fisher 3. Jepsen Jensen 4. Hougaard 5. Sundstrom 6. Jonasson 7. Lavigne Swap Michael for Kenni Larsen in July and THJ for Kosciuch in August And if Sullivan wants to ride, Swap him for Bjerre mid-season. and maybe Buczkowski for Hougaard if Patrick can increase his average
  16. So with Kenneth going to sign. It leaves 5.64 for the last rider and their are the following options... Peter Ljung - 5.60 Dennis Andersson - 5.43 Tomas H Jonasson - 5.30 Jurica Pavlic - 5.11 Patrick Hougaard - 4.98 In order of preference: 1. Tomas H Jonasson 2. Peter Ljung 3. Patrick Hougaard 4. Jurica Pavlic 5. Dennis Andersson.
  17. Panthers don't want Iversen you fool. They just want to sell him.
  18. We hammered them last year with Oliver Allen in our line up. Just imagine what we are going to do this year.
  19. Potential to improve? Lynn's side is over-rated, Wait till you guys see the Panthers line up. Their is going to be a serious beat down on Good Friday, Just like their was this year.
  20. Judas has sold his house in Peterborough and is moving to Kings Lynn. Planning to end his career at Lynn. So Judas has money to buy a house but no money to buy himself as an asset and freelance
  21. Lynn can take Judas. He is over-rated, Nowhere near Michael Jepsen Jensen's level.
  22. We are lining up something big along the lines of Crumpy. It's been silent from the Panthers promotion, I have a feeling they are trying to get Crumpy's average re-assessed.
  23. Panthers are lining up a swoop for Janusz Kolodziej on a GSA of 6.51. The Polish star is a Panthers cult-hero after his Heat 15 ride in the Elite League Grand Final 2nd leg.
  24. Michael was far from impressed with Poole's track when he practised on it a couple of years ago, Think that swung the deal for the Panthers so cheers Hector.
  25. Is that the latest rule? He received plenty of offers from Russian clubs last year.
