Get Lebdev some equipment and he will score 15+ from reserve position. Watch him in the SWC on Saturday... He's better than Doyle,Watt and Batchelor. -
World Cup Fantasy League
LagutaRacingFan replied to LagutaRacingFan's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
After speaking to the FIM, We have agreed on a £30million budget. -
For this competition I have combined Fantasy Speedway with Fantasy Football. Pick a team of 6 with a budget of £30 million. But there are some catches..... * You can select a maximum of 2 riders from 1 country * Remember, it is effectively 4 riders per team, so pick your riders carefully * No transfers so pick your riders carefully. Pick 1 rider to be your captain, His points tally will be doubled Here are the squads and the values that I have given the riders. The schedule for the World Cup is as follows.... * Event 1, Czestochowa, Poland - Poland, Australia, Russia, Latvia * Event 2, Kings Lynn, UK - Great Britain, Denmark, Sweden, USA * Race Off, Prague, Czech Republic - 2nd & 3rd in Events 1 & 2 * Final, Prague, Czech Republic - Czech Republic, 1st Place in Events 1 & 2, 1st Place in Race off The next post will be the squads with the value of each rider attached. The price tag of each rider is largely based on current form. Remember, your budget is £30 million. Finally, 1 team per person and team names are optional AUSTRALIA Darcy Ward £7.0 Troy Batchelor £4.5 Davey Watt £3.5 Jason Doyle £3.0 Cameron Woodward £2.0 Dakota North £1.5 CZECH REPUBLIC Ales Dryml £2.5 Lukas Dryml £2.5 Vaclav Milik £1.5 Filip Sitera £1.5 Josef Franc £1.0 Matej Kus £1.0 DENMARK Nicki Pedersen £6.5 Niels Kristian Iversen £5.5 Michael Jepsen Jensen £5.0 Kenneth Bjerre £4.5 Hans Andersen £3.5 Leon Madsen £3.0 GREAT BRITAIN Tai Woffinden £6.5 Chris Harris £4.0 Eddie Kennett £3.0 Danny King £2.5 Ben Barker £2.0 Lewis Bridger £2.0 Craig Cook £2.0 LATVIA Andrej Lebedev £3.0 Maksim Bogdanovs £1.5 Kjastas Puodzhuks £1.0 Wiaczeslaw Gieruckis £1.0 POLAND Jarek Hampel £6.0 Tomasz Gollob £5.5 Krzysztof Kasprzak £5.0 Maciej Janowski £4.5 Przemyslaw Pawlicki £4.0 Patryk Dudek £3.0 Adrian Miedzinski £3.0 RUSSIA Artem Laguta £6.5 Grigory Laguta £6.5 Viktor Kulakov £2.5 Andrey Kudryashov £2.5 Denis Gizatullin £2.5 Renat Gafurov £2.0 Vladimir Borodulin £1.5 Roman Povazhny £1.0 Ilya Chalov £1.0 SWEDEN Peter Ljung £3.0 Daniel Nermark - £3.0 Peter Karlsson £3.0 Jonas Davidsson £2.0 Dennis Andersson - £2.0 USA Greg Hancock £6.0 Ricky Wells £2.0 Ryan Fisher £1.5 Billy Janniro £1.5 Gino Manzares £1.0 Here are the line-up's for Events 1 and 2: EVENT 1 – CZESTOCHOWA, POLAND – JULY 13 RUSSIA (RED) Viktor Kulakov Vladimir Borodulin Ilya Chalov Andrey Kudryashov Team Manager: Igor Dmitriev AUSTRALIA (BLUE) Davey Watt (captain) Jason Doyle Troy Batchelor Darcy Ward Team Manager: Mark Lemon LATVIA (WHITE) Kasts Puodzuks (captain) Maksims Bogdanovs Vjaceslavs Giruckis Andzejs Lebedevs Team Manager: Vladimirs Ribnikovs POLAND (YELLOW) Tomasz Gollob (captain) Jaroslaw Hampel Krzysztof Kasprzak Maciej Janowski Team Manager: Marek Cieslak EVENT 2 – KING’S LYNN, GREAT BRITAIN – JULY 15 SWEDEN (RED) Daniel Nermark Peter Ljung Dennis Andersson Jonas Davidsson Team Manager: Bo Wirebrand GREAT BRITAIN (BLUE) Chris Harris (captain) Tai Woffinden Edward Kennett Craig Cook Team Manager: Neil Middleditch DENMARK (WHITE) Nicki Pedersen Kenneth Bjerre Michael Jepsen Jensen Niels-Kristian Iversen (captain) Team Manager: Anders Secher UNITED STATES OF AMERICA Ryan Fisher (captain) Greg Hancock Gino Manzares Ricky Wells Team Manager: Billy Hamill Point scoring: Every point scored = 1 point in our league, Double points count so pick riders likely to get the joker and find riders who are also more likely to ride in the most amount of meetings. The Danes and Poles are not tightly matched. Nicki Pedersen or Jarek Hampel = Nicki Pedersen Niels Kristian Iversen or Tomas Gollob = Niels Kristian Iversen Kenneth Bjerre or Kasprzak = Kasprazak (Although Bjerre's gating may help him at Prague) Michael Jepsen Jensen or Janowski = Michael Jepsen Jensen -
Who Should Be In Gb World Cup Team?
LagutaRacingFan replied to bri1966's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
You say that but Cook has no straights speed... He's suited to small tracks. Ben Barker's suited to Prague.. Somebody who can wind it on. -
Sky's Additions To It's Speedway Coverage.
LagutaRacingFan replied to Stephen7's topic in Speedway News and Discussions
I like Skys coverage but they need to liven it up..Sometimes go into the crowd and interview a fan or interview the mechanic. -
Team Denmark Profiles Nicki Pedersen: Former Lynn rider and will dominate the meeting in typical fashion and score around 12 points Niels Kristian Iversen: Current Lynn Number 1 and certainly knows his quickest way around the Norfolk Arena. Kenneth Bjerre: Former Lynn Number 1 and again.. Knows the quickest way around Lynn. Michael Jepsen Jensen: 32 points in 3 meetings at Lynn says it all

Because if a rider is riding like crap, A country will get that rider to fake an injury to the reserve rider comes in. -

How does it weaken the team? Skornicki's terrible as a 3rd heat leader and Larsen's miles better. -

Dennis Andersson would be a good signing. With Wolves in the play-off's.. An option could be re-declaring when Kenni Larsen is fit and going for a Woffinden,Lindgren,Larsen,Wells,Ludvig,Thorsell and 1 more side. -
Birmingham V Lakeside 10/07
LagutaRacingFan replied to Brummie Kev's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
I like this Birmingham side but they need that bit of "flair" needed to win the Elite League title.. They are a solid machine.. Just like last year but I feel that they need something more and something special. Michael Jepsen Jensen or Greg Walasek for Ben Barker would create that title winning feel. -
