Peterborough Panthers 2014
LagutaRacingFan replied to NeilWatson's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Initial disussions have been initiated. Bees and Panthers might merge next season. One side and one set of costs BUT double the potential target market and double the revenue. Horton = Genius -
Coventry Stadium Sold

Gutted for the Bees. Its not Sandhus fault as hes been offered a great price. The BSPA are too blame, If we had a 45 points limit; We would have huge crowds and speedway would be thriving. Look at the effect Emil Saydutdinov had on crowds. -

If it is property developers then they certainly won't wait for the Speedway lease to run out. I work in the housing market and the market is a fickle thing, It fluctuates rapidly and this supposed company have decided to make this an investment project; They almost certainly used housing market data from today along with their financial projections I suspect Coventry may be bought out! What happens if the economy has a recession? Sandhu has stitched up the Bee's in my opinion. -

Simon Gilbert @TheSimonGilbert 5m Sale of Coventry Stadium, in Brandon, is 'imminent'. It will signal the end of greyhound racing at the venue. Full story to follow. -

Never mind lads Wembley..Wembley..Wembley -
Just been catching up on SportoweFakty; They have given a honest review of the situation and It's clear to me that the BSI are in the wrong, I won't say what I think of them and their stooge due to the threat of possible legal action but it's clear to everybody else, the detrimental effect that they are having on world speedway. How many speedway training tracks has the BSI set up? We go to Cardiff every year.. Where is our money going?

At least I can say, Michael Jepsen Jensen's only ever UK club was the Peterborough Panthers. Loyalty and commitment summed up in a young danish lad; Hang your head in shame PUK and Bjerre. -

Good decision, worked wonders for England when Strauss was appointed captain. -
Leicester 2014 . Elite
LagutaRacingFan replied to jim the whipper's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
A fan asked Kenni a question on facebook and Kenni hinted that he wouldn't be riding for Leicester because his Polish club don't want him to ride Saturday's and that person then took that private conversation on facebook and posted it on a public forum.. this annoyed King Kenni. -
THJ would turn the Brummies from wooden spooners to title favorites. Jonasson has that "aura" about him, When he's in the pits.. He inspires the rest of the side. If somebody could compile a chart of Poole's matches last year without THJ and with THJ.. That would be illustrate my point perfectly.

Speedway Star Toothless Pussycat
LagutaRacingFan replied to robolots's topic in Speedway News and Discussions
Anybody can compile a bunch of press releases together, The Star is a waste of money in my eyes. Sportowefakty provide much more articulate and interesting news stories for free but most importantly, their stories are "agenda free" and give a balanced view rather than the BSPA and BSI bile spouted by the speedway star. -

Michael Jepsen Jensen would be a fantastic signing, Professional and committed. -

We have a pretty strong side. Our Top 4 are all Number 1's in the PL in my opinion -
Still waiting on the explanation on why THJ was left out of the side.

The country is over-crowded as it is, Bend the rules for Doyle and you will need to bend them for thousands more. Sorry Jason but you can re-apply again next year. Failure to prepare, prepare to fail -

I asked my girlfriend whether she would like to go to Premier League speedway or Elite League speedway. He said Premier League.. "Premier League" is the brand baby... Elite League is ice-hockey / lower class level. * We made out shortly after. -
Peterborough Panthers 2014

I would personally get rid of Fisher as we need Somebody who is COMMITTED! My list of potential number 1's 1. Liglad (Reshuffle of side needed) 2. Tomas H Jonasson (Unlikely) 3. Krzystof Buczkowski (Reshuffle needed) 4. Jurica Pavlic (UK experience and would fit in nicely) How can the fans make a emotional connection with the side if riders are missing for most of the time and in particular the star number 1 rider? Also... Why is Sullivan not involved with the side? I know Ryan and he would walk over broken burning glass bare footed to ride for the Panthers and we need him involved in the team management side. -

Doyle will be applying for a Tier 5 visa. Good luck to him and his SWC cap from last year hopefully pulls it through. -

If we rode against Lynn in a EL challenge. I would go for this side. 1. Nicki Pedersen 2. Ales Dryml 3. Ryan Fisher 4. Lasse Bjerre 5. Michael Jepsen Jensen 6. Joe Jacobs 7. Lewis Blackbird. -

What garbage, Please book Jepsen Jensen as a guest Horton to save the crowd. -
How in the hell should Milk be a 5? Mikkel Bech ended up achieving a 5.06 EL average last year via the PL? Would Millk average 8.50+ in the Premier League?
