  1. Anders Thomsen is one Matt Ford has been keeping an eye on. On a ridiculously low average for a SEC standard rider.
  2. Under a Labour government, state pensions would rise which means more disposable income for the main demographic of speedway.
  3. Kenneth will probably be in the GP's as Lindgren is a firm favourite to finish in the Top 8.
  4. Anders Thomsen's average is now 8.29 which is still low for a rider of his ability but It's doubtful he'll want to ride in the PL.
  5. You can't make up an average on the basis of rides against other draft riders. His PL average is reflective of his ability over a whole season against similar quality riders. I suspect Poole may help Newman with his bikes for EL fixtures as that's the only reason I can think of which explains his poor PL form when in comparison to his EL performances and obvious ability.
  6. There's a couple of riders on attractive averages that we should really get tied down. Lasse Bjerre has to be a must on 6.65 Ulrich would be worth signing on a 7.23 in my opinion. Hansen is an absolute bargain at 6.25 considering he's a number 1 at EOES 1. U Ostergaard 2. K Newman 3. K Hansen 4. R Bach 5. L Bjerre 6. A Morris 7. T Perry 42.41 I'm wondering whether Morris can be our number 7 or do they need to have a 3.00 average? It'd be pretty harsh to not let him have a team spot as he's a young British rider.
  7. Newman was outstanding tonight, passing the world champion on his home track!
  8. We had Bjerre/Thomsen for a few matches. I'm sure even Peterborough United could afford the wages of Messi for a couple of weeks.
  9. We should be in the EL, we're a massive club. 1. J Hampel 2. A Thomsen 3. K Buczkowski 4. K Bjerre 5. H Andersen 6. Draft rider 7. Draft rider Hampel will be keen to regain sharpness and he'd be a top number one.
  10. I think you have to choose your two top highest scorers in 15 hence why Vaculik had to go. If Holder had finished ahead of Vaculik in the 1-5 that Torun got then that would have been fine. You need Gomolski for that to happen.
  11. It's well and truly on now! Gorzow were 10 behind going into 14 in the 1st leg so It's an exact copy. So Torun have messed up the opportunity to use Hancock as a replacement as he has to ride in Heat 14?
  12. I have to say that this is an absolutely awful track! Offer me the Elite League final any day of the week!
  13. Not a bad response! Torun favourites in this as they're only eight points behind and Holder/Hancock still have their tactical subs remaining!
  14. Pawel P has been a huge disappointment for Torun, he's supposed to be their trump card.
  15. Why was Gomolski allowed to ride in that? the Torun manager is clueless. and Hancock gifting away 3rd place...
  16. The problem for Gorzow is once they reach the 6 point lead mark as they have now, Torun can bring in Holder, Vaculik and Hancock to try and peg them back.
