  1. Redcar look a decent side however, Richard Hall is not a very good rider. The difference will be in the reserve departments, the Panthers will score 12+ while Redcar will score less than 5. 50-40 to the Panthers.
  2. This is a skewed comparison, it should also be about quality and value for money. I'd pay £25 to watch speedway at the Showground. I wouldn't pay £10 to watch speedway at Ipswich.
  3. Because the Panthers matched them. Scunthorpe reserves scored paid 11, Panthers reserves scored paid 11.
  4. I've just looked through the rest of the teams and their reserves are bloody awful! Apart from Glasgow with Tom Perry, they're all poor! BWD/Lambert should be racking up 10+ every meeting. How often does a team lose when your reserve scores 10 or more points?
  5. Hansen needs to move to 4 and Ulrich to 5. Disappointing result in the end, I hope lessons have been learnt! Can't carry passengers for away meetings.
  6. Disappointed in BWD's performance, he should really be going through the card, a rider of his ability shouldn't be losing to premier league dross! Hope it doesn't cost us all 4 points!
  7. Disgraceful. King and Bates are both a joke.
  8. I think we need a reshuffle, I don't think Holder is good enough as a number 1. What would Kenneth Bjerre's average be?
  9. Glad I'm not there. Awful display against a poor side that have been kicked out of their own league.
  10. I'm personally not a fan of the title of this thread. It just creates division and is something that wouldn't go amiss nazi propaganda. Let's create a society where there's no racism and where we treat everybody equally, a Labour government can provide that.
  11. I don't blame the riders', being a speedway career is a short life and you need to maximise your earning potential.
  12. Why would BT be interested in speedway? It's one thing taking a stream for the SGPs but actually covering the production costs for an event? BT are also tightening their belts with the CL football bidding coming up soon!
  13. I can't wait for Brexit. Aussie riders can bugger off.
  14. This is a joke right? Kasprazak by a country mile. Maybe Cook around a select few tracks in the UK.
  15. Aus championships is not a barometer to British speedway, different machinery, tracks and climate. Darcy Ward never won the Australian championship title and he turned out fine as a rider in Britain.
  16. Jeremy Corbyn made a brilliant speech today which got me thinking about the current plight of Speedway. I for one can't see the value in the current admission prices and i understand the struggle that promoters face with increasing costs in terms of riders who are constantly looking to purchase the best equipment so they can make it in the likes of Poland and Sweden. A family of four are looking at spending over £40 and that's excluding food and drink, this is for a product which is sub-standard in terms of entertainment at certain tracks and between races, waiting in the cold while riders play around with equipment in the pits is hardly enthralling. How can speedway continue to carry on like this? If we cap earnings for the top riders, that would then bring down the costs of middle tier riders and lower tier riders, a cheaper product which is more affordable for the majority which leads to higher crowds, increased viewership and sponsors.
