Craigs dip in form would probably mean we would have zero chance. With him not scoring what we are all used to it puts pressure on the younger riders in the latter heats , I see on another thread he has been carrying a rib injury.

Your not wrong except for the Stancl bit his bike never usually made it to the fence. These youngster’s have no fear or respect for reputations he is going to the top a pleasure to watch his track craft at such a young age.

I said a while back form is temporary but he just doesn’t look himself for whatever reason. He looks like his mind is elsewhere for most of this season and the latter part of last , here’s hoping things are ok with him and we get the real Cookie back soon.

Basso certainly isn’t the issue doing perfectly fine the issue is our second heat leader and senior reserve. One that can’t hold position due to riding a lawn mower and the other is consistently inconsistent.

Had a sneaky feeling Ryan Douglas was going to kick on this year and he is certainly proving me right.

Get what your saying but I find it difficult to not like Bomber and let’s be honest when he is in the mood he is box office. Being on a guarantee was a mistake and one I hope we have learned from, we must take some of the blame for that decision and should have offloaded him after a few meetings.

Always remember Sam Masters saying he couldn’t ride Glasgow and didn’t like it. After watching him earlier in the season were he was imperious then talented riders like Masters can overcome a dislike for certain tracks. Might just be that Tungate isn’t as talented as Masters.

All speculation, you could say what would the score have been had Cookie not had bike issues in his first 3 rides , this is speculation of course. Who knows just enjoy the win instead of what if's.

Think it was more to do with Toms bike visibly getting slower lap by lap.

It could well have been won in heat 14 with the correct call. But we will never know Edinburgh deserved to go through as they got more points over the two legs.
