Glasgow by all accounts seem to have a good relationship with their Poole counterparts I assume they are both singing from the same hymn sheet. As very successful business men outside of Speedway they will run the club in the same way as they would their business. I don’t think the context of your link regarding what Tom said is not that Glasgow weren’t professional but more to do with he is happy at his new club as much as he was with us. Its really good to see he has went up another level as he also did with us.

It’s good to see so many Kids and young people attending they are the future customer base. Glasgow have been promoting this for years Roary, kids races etc. Friday night against Poole was the largest amount of kids I have seen take part in the kids race and it’s great too see so many enjoying themselves.

Don’t know why the Comets fans need to justify anything regarding dust because a couple of Poole fans comments on it. Warm day,, afternoon meeting off course you will get some dust . Even when they are dominant they still find something personally I thought they controlled it very well.

There you go saving 250 miles round trip per home meeting.

The thing is if we don’t make the playoffs which doesn’t look likely then the season is done end of August. So it really doesn’t matter how good the racing and entertainment is if there is no meetings on it before September even begins. There needs to be a reset next season with huge gaps in home meetings and very few meetings in general.

No quarter given by either rider but left each other room to strut there undoubted talent they both have. You would struggle to see a better race anywhere it was superb from both.

A lot off Poole fans on the back straight hope they enjoyed there visit to Sunny Glasgow (well it was for Glasgow standards),and enjoyed the speedway on show.

Spot on the lowering off the points limit to 38 was diluting the product unnecessarily and has made team building a challenge at best. You would like to think with only Glasgow and Poole against this the rest will hopefully see sense at the next AGM. Won’t they ?.

Ivacic seems to be a gamble that looks like not paying off unfortunately but we had to try something. But it looks like Ivacic and Garrad have actually made things worse.

The racing was up there and more, Cook against Bomber was the pinnacle Poole probably just deserved it in the end but giving Pearson 5 rides when he could have had 7 was mind blowing. Poole are a very good team and well done to them.

You should have got him to film the meeting on his phone , stream sorted knowing your luck he would only have a 3 gig data plan and miss heat 15.

How do you know they were dubious did you watch a stream.

Another fantastic meeting and Poole probably just deserved it in the end, but lack off top end strength bar Bomber cost us. As a side note did our manager not know Pearson could have got 7 Rides, I really found that bizarre and probably cost us in the end.

It is only a certain few who complain every year when they are in town.
