Redcar V Edinburgh Plkoc 23rd July
Gazc replied to crazysue's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Aren't you the privileged one George i have only had one even offered to meet him at Armadale a few seasons back so as he could buy me a drink as an apology got neither but i tried. -
Looking at the averages for August unless we get someone in for David Howe by the 31st we have 7.33. We would have 6.72 from the 1st August. Would be in our interest to do it sooner rather than later finding the rider is obviously the problem. Ask Manse .

What Is The Situation With Wilson-dean?
Gazc replied to Filth's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Well who would have thought that the BSPA would make thing's up as they go along all in the interest off British Speedway though . This lot make FIFA look whiter than white. -
If this is indeed the case i would insist on a transfer fee as Havvy snr did with us before letting our petulant Frenchman sign . Only joking Bears fan's if he has then if he clicks you have a quality rider he clearly doesn't want too ride for us so no point keeping an unhappy rider on the sidelines good signing if true. He has left us in the lurch though wee sh*te.

Wow fantastic again from all 7 tonight and well done to Nick big ht 13 win when needed clearly he won't be 100% fit but shows the team spirit when he wants to give his all for the team. Aaron on a real rich vein off form at the minute and thanks to the two guests pity we can't get Ellis in for the petulant frenchman but will need replacements soon with the play off's not too far away. -

Good point but to be honest i couldn't care less who knows what i just want a 7 man team again , How or why the riders left has no interest just getting back to a full team is more important. -

Is about right or is right what one is it that is like saying we should have got 28 day's but didn't BTW i think you will find that regardless off when. where. or why his injury occurred the fact is that he is injured then a facillity will be used until we are given confirmation that the facility shall be expiring. But that would open a big fat juicy can of worms for them wouldn't it Smod. And as Manse has said 28 Day's it should have been for Berge withholding his services but for the good off Speedway whatever that means we got 14 Day's. by the way Now if there is anything else you would like to drag up from your imaginary book off Smod then i am sure you will let us know. Just a thought but i was under the impression this was a thread for Ipswich v Glasgow my mistake i thought i had looked into the Edinburgh bulls*t thread with uncle Al as honorary president. -

Well Al that is a genuine question but in all likliehood David will be back when he is probably fit to be back hope that is all the discussion you need. Or if not will I try and get his medical records and see when his shoulder will be healed. -
Maybe but performances barring Somerset suggest that there is no problem with morale.

Whilst it was unfortunate in the way Dimitri departed and he has given his version off what he perceived to be the truth the fact is that all season the remaining riders have spoken off the feel good factor and team spirit we have at Glasgow. As i have said previously Dimitri is a young shy foriegner and just perhaps homesickness was also a factor, In all walks off life pressure is applied by your employer's to perform better at your line off work , alas Dimitri was not performing to the levels we all know he was capable off and it does not seem unreasonable for your employer to demand more. It appears that Dimitri could not or would not be able to cope with these demands hardly a lack off respect is it there is no problem with the rest off the group , Is it a coincidence that most are older more experienced riders that know what is required. So whilst your theory may be your opinion i don't think it holds much water in regards to the rest off the team as someone has said on this thread if you can't stand the heat get out of the kitchen, It appears Dimitri couldn't stand the heat but i wish him well whenever he decides to make a track return.

Glasgow V Berwick Sunday 19th

And would imagine a replacement for David Howe before the end off the month if his shoulder is going to be recurring as it seems as his average will drop by then. I have given up with the BSPA and there decision making process as it seems most off these decisions go completely against there own rule book, Well against certain clubs anyway it seems. -

Comfortable afternoon for the stripes with everyone chipping in good points. With the exception off Wells & Jorgensen the Bandits were pretty poor uneventful afternoon with little or no passing as in general the Tigers were gating and gone. -
Very true but barring the odd youngster the only way these young riders learn is by making mistakes young Bates has improved week on week as his point scoring suggests, I am sure as his career unfold's he will become a more accomplished performer. I like him he has all the attributes to become a very good rider it is a pity the Messiah decided to move back to Oz he would have been the ideal mentor for young Bates.

Chuckle brothers you not got your own material yet Mr B you would think with all the gossiping you do you would have got your own material. And yes we barely hit 30 but being beaten from the champions elect is no disgrace hopefully when you visit your lot can muster 30. And finally when we decide to post on an Edinburgh thread it is not because we want to it is because we can't resist replying to your drivel in anticipation on your reply which is usually along the lines off defensive attempts at sarcasm, which if you look at the posting's made a carrot is dangled to which you chomp away at like the donkey you are.

Somerset Vs Glasgow 17/07/15 Premier League
Gazc replied to SomersetBlue's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Major capitulation from heat 8 onwards after holding our own in the first half off the meeting . Or maybe Somerset just upped it a couple off gear's, thought we would have put up a better fist off it than that but well done Somerset on the comprehensive win. -

We are now well done boy's dug deep when we had to hopefully we can get back to a full septet soon don't think the texter is a Lawson fan dirty rider Rich is most definitely not but job done with a weakened team hopefully the Monarchs in the final with all due respect to Ipswich but that would be a corker. Also well done to Ricky Wells scored valuable points to keep us in front . -
Difference this time is you would need to buy him which ain't going to happen is it.
-
Aye it has been a pretty miserable few day's for both Scottish clubs on that front and with Dimitri calling it a day leaves us struggling a bit to find anyone to fill his boots although we can't really complain too much with your top two riders missing for a while now part & parcel i'm afraid. Although the way Jorgensen is riding he may soon take up the No 1 race jacket.
-
And the good guy's from the West coast are all rooting for you to bring them down a peg now that would be nice and then see you all up at Ashfield on the Sunday for a celebratory get together.

Dimitri will not be riding anywhere this season unfortunately and if he decides to make a track return next season it will only be in the stripes off Glasgow nice thought though riders are pretty thin on the ground well at least the good ones.
