Think he will be fine George he certainly deserved points tonight and his effort is comendable he just seems to keep finding himself in the wrong place at the wrong time. A spell at reserve is maybe just what he needs but he will come good i have no doubts.

But just to remind me how did you get on at Worky tonight not seen the result Job done but it takes two teams to serve up good entertainment and both didn't fail on that front, for all the snipers on the gate & go myth at Berwick they should have been there tonight to quash that myth once & for all thoroughly enjoyable nights entertainment and a really good atmosphere. Another top day out in border country and the result we needed special mention to young Coty brilliant tonight and the Bandit faithful showing there appreciation was a nice touch.

Have a look at the video on the Glasgow site not once did Ben have a go at Matty in-fact he pointed at track staff to remove the bike from Matty maybe you mis-took this for Ben having a go at him which the Video clearly shows he did not.

Anyway after the events at Hampden yesterday nothing could dampen my spirits.

I was at the apex off the first bend i couldn't really see exactly what happened i just seen Matty & Richie heading for the air fence at great speed there was no mention off Ben having a go at Matty after the incident but can't comment if this was the case or not, but if he did someone would have mentioned it as for the incident in the medical room how anyone would know what happened or didn't in a medical room afterwards is a mystery to me . It was an unfortunate racing incident that has now grown arms & legs. If indeed it was true but not as classy as grinner skelping a rider laying on the track.

There is a van that puts the bikes involved on the back but until injured riders are attended to it waits until the medics are done. There was also another van with air fence panels waiting to repair the air fence again once the medics are finished Not heard any more on the extent off Matty or Richie s injuries.

Coty filled in admirably to cover for Richie it is away from home that it may be a problem hopefully both will be fit for next weekend. Anyway that was a long afternoon and the Bandits certainly pushed us hard but when it mattered the boys dug deep in all honesty Berwick deserved a point from this as they rode really well for the majority of that meeting. Cannot for the life of me work out what the Berwick team manager was thinking about put young Douglas out in heat 10 and keep Theo for heat 14 if that had happened then they surely would have got the point a major mistake by Courtney there. Good sign that we were not at the top off our game but still pulled through now one point required from either away match and job done. Hope both Richie & Matty are ok after what looked a horrific crash thank goodness for the air fence or it would have been a lot worse. Correct one off the stranger managerial decisions i have witnessed.

Fisher riding makes no difference as i see it is what we do that matters and not what the opposition do wether that be Fisher or Jorgensen.

Didn't see that coming but fair play you done what you had to do probably helps our cause more, a win tomorrow by 7 points or more means we can qualify with either a point at Berwick or Armadale

After tonights shock result at Berwick it means that a win tomorrow and stop Berwick getting anything will put us back in the driving seat for qualification providing we pick up at least a point at either Berwick or Armadale.
