True but last season you had a good team can't say the same about this one early doors I know but Masters is going to carry this team a lot especially away. You should do Ok at home due to the Armadale factor but up there challenging I'm not so sure. I may well be proved wrong but early indications are I doubt it , but a mediocre season is not the norm so changes will probably happen at some point.

Really with that 1-7 i very much doubt it, And i know how much you hate getting beat from us but that was simply outclassed in all departments today with the exception of Masters plain & simple.

First meeting off the season as a team yes but only our second as a team and the difference in the teams was as wide as a Kappa wearing junkie from Leith if i were you i would be worried at that performance today .

Edinburgh Masters apart were woeful and 37 really flattered them Barker shedding a chain to gift the inept Riss the win in heat 14 rounding his day of more to come from Ben though. Thing is you got the impression that we were in 2nd gear for part off that meeting that is how poor Edinburgh were Masters however was sublime. More to come from Glasgow though & for Edinburgh don't see this 1-7 being the one that ends the season if it is they will struggle. All in all a comfortable afternoon for the Tigers but sterner tests than today are just round the corner.

The Michael Fish version off dry all day is usually s*it and the wet all day version from everywhere else is usually accurate. Unless off course you actually believe what Edinburgh fan's say about there Micro - climate at Armadale but this should be consigned with the Michael Fish version as s*it.

Despite the weather's best efforts to ruin it turned into a half decent meeting for a challenge match. Track improved as the meeting progressed and all 7 Tiger's contributed to an enjoyable meeting it augurs well when the serious stuff starts next week. Have to say though was really impressed with all the new boys on there never say die attitude especially Richie & Danny whilst Nike was really unlucky Iin 14 after reeling James in only to pass him on the final bend then his bike gave up the ghost.

I have never put Fromafar down as anti-Glasgow in fact he tends to be complimentary off Glasgow the majority off the time and has been very complimentary off the work our new owners have carried out.

Off course it is my bad but here's hoping something can be done to keep the devils on track regardless off the boardroom stuff.
