No doubting we have been inconsistent on the road but there are signs that Glasgow are really clicking at the right time i would be more than happy to see a Newcastle, Glasgow final but for me Somerset are the team to beat so for that to happen one off us would have to win against them over 2 legs. Makes it for an interesting end off season though.

All meeting's pan out differently though thing's can happen in meeting's that alter the course so whilst you are in with a shout to base it on one meeting by both teams at the OTA doesn't really work based on your theory.

Simple really Worky were slightly better on track today than Edinburgh were last week not by much mind you. Scores sometimes don't always tell the full story is that logic ok for you. Edinburgh were woeful last week and that is being kind. Workington were just slightly better than woeful this week.

Sounds fair and after today i doubt even he would take that bet up even although he has thousands at his disposal allegedly .

Fair play to the Monarchs the kick up the backside after last weeks humbling at the hands of the Mightys must have done the trick from Campbell didn't see that one coming but a solid performance from Edinburgh. That will please Scotsman apart from his Edinburgh ties he is also a big fan off the Panthers is he not .

With the league being so competitive this season and we are inconsistent away from home as everyone else bar Somerset, away wins are difficult to get unless they all click as we did at Berwick.

Must be frustrating as they do look to be a decent side just never saw that today although the way we are riding no-one will get close at Ashfield. Remember the Stoney days Comets win at Glasgow was a banker most off the time.

Was expecting better from Workington today but take nothing away from Glasgow they were extremely good again today with everybody riding well young Nike really has come on leaps & bounds as the season has progressed he was a joy to watch. Special mention to Coty was more like what we know he can do today and riding hard first & second bends . Whilst it was not quite as easy as last week it was still a surprise to win so comfortably against a decent Workington side.

So from what i gather from this is if someone makes a pass on bend 1 or 2 then it is not a pass but if they make a pass on bends 3 or 4 it is a pass so from that assumption if someone makes a pass on bend 2 and finishes the race 2nd then they won't get 2 points because they passed on bend 2 makes perfect sense now glad we cleared that up. A pass is a pass regardless of where,when, or on whom you make it Ffs that has to go down as one off the stupidest posts ever. Do i sense a slight tone off sarcasm there .

Too close to call case can be made for both on any given day it could be us on another day it could be the Diamonds but the best 1-5 in the league at the minute are Somerset by a big distance in my opinion.

What is your definition off moaning all i can see is a great deal off gloating and the observation that your captain & officials behaved like spoilt brats. In fact i was concerned for my safety at one point as the ferocity Sam the Bam spat his dummy it could easily have taken an eye out.

And they got what they deserved they were really clutching at straws at that point they were like a punch drunk boxer on the ropes and didn't know what way to turn next it was a joy to behold.
