  1. Only word i can describe that today after witnessing it was P*ss poor the Rebel fans that came up to Glasgow today were short changed big time by there so-called No 1.
  2. Don't know where to start after that probably the poorest meeting this season and Glasgow never really troubled today although finishing with 5 riders meant the scoreline was closer than it probably would have been. Hope Rene & Coty aren't as bad as appeared but Rene took a sore one after Starke ran into the side off Ayres who in turn completely wiped out Rene. Tungate never completed a race today now i can't comment on any issues he had behind the scene but surely Garry May will be having a word as he looked totally dis-interested today and pulled up twice after he was outfought on the first bend. Surely the Rebel fan's and they were a few deserved better than what there No 1 gave them today. Somerset were poor apart from Josh & Wright the rest only picked up points when the home team had either injured themselfs or rode as Danny did whilst injured to be fair Campton didn't look to bad either but it is looking like Somerset again next week, I can't wait .
  3. Is his average still assessed at 5 if so that will be why they never used him.
  4. Most off us wanted him back this year and James did want to return but he couldn't get fitted in with the way we went on our team building.
  5. Topic off this conversation is about Edinburgh will get round to us once we have completed our season, not our fault your season finished whilst people are still cutting the grass.
  6. They were pencilled in last week before the rain put paid to that , James average to high now to guest for BWD and Greaves riding at Newcastle.
  7. Definition of trophy cabinet Large cabinet with the capability too hold many trophies Small cabinet to hold singular trophy. and the one that applies to Edinburgh. Any old cabinet to hold No trophies at all but looks good varnished next to the ceramic bowl used for the collection off cash.
  8. Someone that is partial to home made soup by the looks off it. From Northumberland so what is your point caller.
  9. Didn't know what thread to reply in so seeing as you have replies in the other two thought this one was lonely. Yes you are correctamundo 7th October.
  10. We are not your rivals now you have been knocked out everything. It is for us it is just an inconvenience with far more important fixtures, plan is let them win big to lower our averages and get out the trick dome injury free.
  11. Isn't it strange how a thread relating too last nights meeting between Edinburgh & Ipswich can turn on it's head to lets stop Glasgow from winning anything. Strange lot and the obsession although they deny it is bursting out. Newcastle may very well beat us but at least we are still in it and not to mention two cups. Well done Ipswich on there victory last night over two legs . And for Edinburgh ROON YEEZS
  12. See it is the Glasgow version of Wolbert tonight not exactly going for legendary status. Looks like he has let the Monarchs down tonight with the rest doing there jobs.
  13. Good feeling for the Panthers fan's to have the stability sorted out early rather than have a another winter of if's, buts & maybes .
  14. It would have been easier to ask where there isn't roadworks in this god forsaken place.
  15. Said all that without taking a breath as well, but good to see you posting now and again.
  16. Glad that you have found that you have people there that obviously care about you and from what i have read they are looking out for you as they obviously know what you have been going through. My post was tongue in cheek you probably realise this as i had no intention of being dis-respectful to yourself But there is always positives to be taken and the good people that have taken you into there fold has i suspect rekindled your faith.
  17. Its only Chinese whispers don't you worry your little cotton socks about it all will turn out for the best. Keep saying that to myself after another loss at Sheep sh*gging land today but no sign off it improving.
  18. I know i am going slightly off topic here but i sit on my own regular , personally i blame the deodorant my wife buys me and the fact that nobody likes me but apart from that all is good. So Sue if you want to sit on your own go for it hasn't mentally scarred me or on the other hand there may be a possibility that it may have.
  19. Wouldn't say i was big I'm only 5'10" but what has my height got to do with anything . What something along the lines off No thanks John shove them up your a*se we have a couple off riders nursing injuries and would prefer it was called off. How does that sound.
  20. You are indeed correct on both. Yes the drainage is good. Yes it was monsoon. Wasn't that bad won't need a hosepipe ban up here for a while.
  21. Don't know what you mean on tactical but the rain yesterday was always going to scupper any speedway today.
  22. Next Sunday it is not surprised at the call off it was monsoon weather yesterday track would have took a pounding.Next Sunday will give man and machinery the extra time to recover. Richie moves to number 1 from the 1st and Tungate likewise for the Rebels,it also means they cant use Sarjeant for BWD next week as his average has took a dip. In fact the choice they have on BWD average has alarmingly diminished, hopefully Nike will be back he would have been a big miss today if it had been on.
  23. Pretty ironic don't you think as has been pointed out we whinge and on the other hand you don't can you see the connection here. People will alway's see it from there own teams perspective and rightly so.
