Can see why they have done this but on the flip side i am surprised that they have reached this decision, but not just this one but some of there decision making in general is a joke. Biggest one being British riders sitting on the sidelines waiting on a team place in a British league whilst Overseas riders are sitting pretty either in one or both leagues. There reputation is at an all time low amongst the lifeblood of the sport the fans, i think most fans now look upon the BSPA as a joke figurehead not to be taken seriously.

Good to see you can recognise some things as they are. But fan's of all clubs will stick up for there own club rightly or wrongly as it is what you do, and having your usual cheap shot at Glasgow won't change that. To be fair I would rather they just get on with it don't know how you feel but is all getting tiresome now. Both clubs just agree a date and get on with it not going to change anything not agreeing. -

Not playing silly games they will ride the meeting when a suitable date is found for both clubs , when that date will be is anybody's guess. They are completely within there rights to refuse a date if it is not suitable. -

Don't see it as a threat more of a when it suits Glasgow to return. Re : the play off spots i suppose if we decide that if we qualify in 4th spot without the need to reschedule quickly then i guess that is what we will do, the managements prerogative i guess. It is a slight gamble if that is what we decide to do but i think the feeling by our management is that they were shafted, wether rightly or wrongly that is how they feel i think it is a gamble they will take. Agree completely about the medics. -
Simple solution if date offered you have riders missing is refuse dimples.

True the gutter press in this country are just that. The last time I picked up a paper up here was in a toilet that ran out of toilet roll best place for them. -

Hopefully, it is frustrating as a supporter when your team are getting humped consistently as we know full well at Glasgow we have been in the same position numerous times. But good to see Berwick showing signs of recovery. True but Nick is a much improved rider now even only going back two years the improvement is noticeable. Nick was never a rider who ever done a victory lap even when he rode for us on the odd occasion yes but very rarely , alway's seemed to be one of those riders that just got on with it and never really took the plaudits. -

Not according to John Campbell there wasn't . Were the words not something along these lines " possibly the worst overseas rider to ride here " used to describe him. Glad he has rammed those words back down his throat, -

Good to see Berwick putting in a good performance and whilst with Bridger in attendance it could have made it closer it would have made no real difference on the outcome for either team. Nick is still value round Ashfield and when Glasgow first brought him over in 2010 and loaned him to Buxton in that year he was then a very raw talent , it is very gratifying to see how far Nick has progressed. All in all another solid display from the team and well done to young Jack on his first paid win , it also shows how vital Nike is to the team his scoring from the No 4 position is vital he is another very young class act who is sometimes taken for granted with young Dan progressing the way he is. -

Erskine is in Renfrewshire and Clydebank is in West Dunbartonshire neither in Glasgow and you can get a lot closer. Not sure what if any the relevance is though. -
Glasgow are waiting on the winners of Newcastle & Workington which went to a replay. Makes you wonder why they don't use golden heats in the cup as they do in the play offs.

Think both are a given and you would like to think common sense will prevail. -

I genuinely believe that the amateurish way this sport is being run by the ones in charge and there foot soldiers implementing there rules will fast track the death of the sport in this country. Speedway and common sense will never be used in the same sentence until the welfare of the sport is outsourced and run properly by a company with no affiliation to any club. You only have to look at Darts to see the outcome of an outside body taking control. -

Regardless of what we say or what your promotion say nothing will ever be proven either way both riders seem to have escaped serious injury thankfully and the match was abandoned, both teams will now dust themselves down and get on with it. Things are always said in the heat of the moment human nature i am afraid. -
He has declared himself fit to ride tonight and Sunday no lasting injuries just stiff and sore.

Hardly desperate for points more frustration i would say , but as i said in an earlier post the safety of the riders is the first priority. Frustrated yes desperate definitely not. -

I wasn't there but I would find it astonishing if any rider would put himself and another rider (who he is very close with) over a safety fence would it not be more sensible to say it was a racing incident. Or are you blaming Richard because he doesn't ride for your team strange comment to make. I was guilty off a similar comment about JBA but when i saw the incident from another angle I could see I was wrong , so perhaps you should take stock before laying any blame. -

So the trainee ref in charge will now go through his whole career wanting to take all the limelight as the Grand one himself was training him. Suppose he will need somebody to take over his legacy of strange decisions once he hangs up his BSPA identity card. -

You are technically correct in what you say but surely some degree of common sense should come into it at some point. -
