  1. Shut it ya wee muzzle but to be fair your right. Sometimes you just have to hold your hands up as per the Sheffield meeting and congratulate your opponent they were better in every single department than us tonight. And how good was Greaves well done young man. We are a pale shadow of the team we were 3 months ago, as someone else has pointed out the team performances have went down the pan since that fateful night at Berwick. Ipswich and Sheffield will be rubbing there hands at the thought of meeting us or Edinburgh as I can only see the two Scottish clubs making up the numbers in the play offs , that is assuming we get there. Richard missing on Saturday makes us even more vulnerable than what we were tonight , one thing you can count on is if you need to rely on someone don't ask Aaron inconsistent is an understatement. Well done to Ipswich deserved winners tonight and should be a good final between them & Sheffield.
  2. Glasgow still have Workington at home but given that all these outstanding fixtures have no chance of being completed it makes little difference. In-fact with the Weather forecast up here for this week it appears little chance of any other fixtures being completed any time soon. Which begs the question fixture planning or the lack of it in June, July & to a lesser extent August has been nothing short of shocking.
  3. Watching Nick progress when Glasgow brought him over as a raw 16 year old has been a joy he is always welcome at Glasgow preferably with a Tigers bib on. But you have been lucky to have enjoyed watching him this year.
  4. Final Standings for the play off places will be 18th which will include all meetings up to and including the 17th is the way I read it.
  5. The cut off for play off places has been known since the start off the season if teams my own included don't complete there fixtures before this date then they know the risks they run simple as that I am afraid. No point coming on here moaning about it now because it may affect a particular team, the date is the same for everyone some are just more pro-active in completing fixtures than others.
  6. If the cut off is the 17th and the Redcar meeting is the 18th why would they allow it to count after the cut off. An extension to the cut off might happen but there has been no indication that it will happen. Therefore any meetings after the 17th will not count to league positions, were you finish on the 17th is what counts
  7. Don't support them then and don't let the door hit you on the a"se on the way out. When you get a minute please google in no particular order Clown Glory Hunter Attention Seeker No Loyalty Could think of a few more but why should I for an embarrassment. You could go and support Edinburgh you should fit in well there. But thinking about it I wouldn't even burden Edinburgh with your presence.
  8. It depends how smoothly the first meeting goes this determines how quickly the second one starts. These start times are just a guess.
  9. With a complete lack of continuity in our home fixtures especially in July Britain's warmest month statistically, we now find ourselves trying to cram meetings in towards the end of the regular season September / October Britain's wettest months statistically. You couldn't make this up absolute madness. But you could make a case for every month to be wetter than the previous month this year.
  10. Down to the landlords , Cost related , Volunteers to put down and take up , access , not all tracks can get these in, Berwick are one off the lucky ones that have the volunteers and the access for it to work, there will be some tracks that this is not an option. Whilst most would agree with the theory in principal, in reality at certain tracks it would not work.
  11. So Paulco like a drink then, he is being used in a few alcohol related posts.
  12. You can get pished on a fiver in Armadale and you are even buying the ultra expensive hair laquer.
  13. Seems to be a growing trend but you cant blame any fan walking away as this season has been shambolic.
  14. Same can be said for any teams supporters but you are correct majority are fair.
  15. So who do you support and why feel the need to enjoy last weeks result followed by a did you. I enjoyed watching good speedway and the return of Josh G who was sublime what was your thoughts on the meeting ?.
  16. Revenge on Thursday ? You support Sheffield now and if you take the time to look at the match thread you will find every single Glasgow fan congratulating Sheffield to a man & wonen.
  17. That you gloating i wouldnt have bothered. To be honest i was going to reply to your post but SharpenRake has covered what in essence is fantasy on your part but if you say it often enough you start to believe your own bull. It used to be Somerset that bore the brunt of your jealousy (bore being the relevant word there,)and now you fluctuate between us and Peterborough. To be fair i find your jealousy hysterical at times as it is clear you crave attention and you post these posts to get the attention you crave. You should try posting about your own team you never know that novel idea might just work for you.
  18. Withdrawn at Wolverhampton last night after heat 2 crash waiting on full extent of injury.
  19. Down to 4 fit riders with Dan & Tom injured for this weeks fixtures.
  20. It was a figure of speech even you can understand that or maybe not. If the Jengas of this forum didn't have Glasgow and our owners to have sly digs at they would end up dribbling out one side of there mouth and rocking back and forward on there window side chair. So we have saved them from self destruct they should be grateful.
  21. Christ I am the last one to knock anyone's spelling and it certainly wasn't meant that way, It is called sarcasm my doctor said to me a year or two back not to take things so seriously and relax a bit more you will live longer sound advice.
  22. Improved performance it appears avoiding another heavy defeat tonight spares us we need to bounce back rallying call. Infact a heavy defeat tonight a kangaroo on a pogo stick would have found it difficult to bounce back never mind us so improvement at least.
  23. It will all come out in the wash eventually probably once our participation in this seasons competitions comes to an end. End off season dinner dance tickets are going to be in high demand though Sky Box office may even show it.
  24. Not for a public forum and not trying to be we know this attitude, etc, etc but things not all well between our heatleader duo both names Richard.
