Don't see what Redcar have done wrong except trying to improve there team. To do that somebody would have to be replaced not new to this sport.

Wasn't alleged track conditions started poor and deteriorated rapidly. Bone dry surface at start despite watering but it just wasn't enough. Not an expert but track was almost bare of shale with holes appearing during the meeting. You can dress it up whatever way you like but track was poor at best and the dust was horrendous. Any newcomers there on Sunday would have thought what all the drama was about Speedway you couldn't see any for dust.

The dust on Sunday was the worst I have seen in all my years attending, at one point you couldn't see a thing on track due to dust clouds. Now we were promised better track conditions and a better racing track last week prior to the meeting the usual spin, we all turn up on Sunday and everything about the track was worse than the previous week which was not much better. The ruts appearing are the main concern based on the further investment during the winter, if has been said it is inexperience preparing the track therein lies the problem. For every positive there currently are two negatives to off set it and the team are letting everyone including the owners down, hard calls need to be taken to get the season back on track. As soon as possible preferably.

Correct Auty , Worrall & Garrity would be eligible for guests R/R for second strings unless more than one missing.

He shouldn't be riding as he is not fit and it is having a detrimental impact. Not the riders fault but R/R probably cost us at Redcar and with Paul being 5th averaged it is a problem. Who decides he is fit i couldnt tell you but it is obvious he is struggling big time. Same can be said with Bomber yesterday doing heat 15 , clearly he was struggling after his spill and that desicion ultimately cost us any chance we had before a wheel was turned in 15.

So everythings fine then, my point was how you feel based on your mood not anything to do with the team. Although they probably put you in a mood. The problem bar 3 is the inconsistency of the rest which clearly then means there are issues does it not.

We have previous on looking for something thats not there. Signing riders that are unable to hold there starting average being one.

You could interpret things to suit your paticular mood and our mood was rock bottom yesterday and today to a lesser extent. To be fair the riders say team spirit is good so what is the issue then Kerr , Vissing & Thomas apart the rest have shown nothing in terms of consistency,, the biggest concern is there home form is actually worse than there away. Without doubt looking through the plooms of dust yesterday there is problems within this team form and attitude.

So going by what is being said our team spirit is shot to pieces, if true that is a big worry for the owners as this was the biggest issue last season also. What is abundantly clear some are going through the motions, if as suggested the same rider is at it again this season then there can only be one outcome to try and salvage something from the season.

Think if you went to the other side of the pits Mark Riss would have been spewing he never got heat 15. At the same time our TM is looking for someone anyone to get out the toilet before the 2 minutes goes on. Just In the off chance they fancied another heat but only if they fancied it.
