  1. Wee Jimmy Krankie has a lot off faults especially with Salmond puppeteering her from the back. In-fact now that I think about it there really is nothing positive you can say about her.
  2. All down to the Glaswegian public school educational system I say.
  3. Maybe hope was the wrong terminology, perhaps meet with trepidation would be more apt.
  4. Hope to meet you on Saturday to see if you waffle as much sh*t in person as you do on here.
  5. On the flip side it puts to bed the theory that Nick preps tracks.
  6. Think you might upset Newcastle if you signed Kus.
  7. Why have nothing against Glasgow on the Edinburgh thread. Surely you meant nothing against Edinburgh ?.
  8. Think what MD is saying is Edinburgh is a small technical track and his riding style would be better suited were he keeps the throttle full on. But he will become a far better rider riding Armadale weekly as it hones his skills.
  9. Nothing on Glasgow's social media outlets to say otherwise so I suspect Craig will be riding today , this place is mental at times stating what should happen if he doesn't ride, it's as if people want him to be unfit to start the I am outraged post's. We don't even know if he is or isn't riding yet, some need to get out more.
  10. Yep sums it up im afraid, it would maybe be no bad thing if the season is over and done with asap. What next season brings can only be better hopefully.
  11. I can imagine expectation levels are reaching a new low with this shower.
  12. Glasgow are in the fortunate position of owning the stadium which is a massive plus on racing whenever we want. On the flip side is having enough fixtures to actually race, oh for the days of weekly Speedway.
  13. Attendances are down this year and some of the points you raise will be a factor, as will going three weeks without meetings whoever thought that idea up has hammered another nail in the coffin of this ailing sport. People were also leaving early due to the length of time a meeting was taking to complete, and also the Edinburgh fiasco in the cup really soured the taste of a few were you couldn't see the nose in front of you for dust. All factors in the drop in numbers.
  14. Don't understand why some have to challenge every change a team makes and insist it shouldn't be allowed etc, etc same on the Craig Cook thread. Both Glasgow and Edinburgh have made changes to try and better there OWN paticular team for there OWN fan's , as long as no rules have been broken why do people have to be so negative. Well done to both promotions on being pro-active in trying to improve things other's should take note.
  15. Byron Still riding is he, must have improved a lot if someone is behind him in the queue .
  16. He was very impressive, his stalking and ultimate pass on Greaves in heat 1 was exceptional the way that he read the move going for the outside run and cutting the corner and passing up the inside. To be fair a few impressed once they got dialled in, there was passing and repassing in almost every heat after the first round of heats and as someone mentioned heat 15 was just unbelievable, best meeting I have seen for a while and a few of these kids should be on teams radar with Lidsey near the top of any list.
  17. That was a fantastic nights entertainment, the track craft for riders so young was a joy to watch. Dan was head and shoulders above the rest, the rate he is progressing augurs well for British Speedway alongside Robert Lambert.
  18. Good to see Richie fixed up but you have got to hand it to Edinburgh, if they start slow as they have this season generally there promotion get the changes right more often than not. Makes them dark horses I would say and I can see us really struggling to get in the play offs.
  19. There not griping and moaning they are expressing there democratic right of opinion.
  20. In a word or make it two Petulant Child.
  21. Maybe not you but certain ones have not let us down , you are having a fantastic season I agree and it is good to see and long may it continue. As for Craig Cook I have said that it actually makes us weaker and I stand by that , at least we have a seven man team again so will have to wait and see how it goes.
  22. You answered your own question there, truth is who knows but I am sure Craig will not need to be told that you look after your sponsors. More negativity from the Cumbrians, rather than worry what is happening with everyone else you lot should embrace the superb season your team are having.
