  1. Should be on now , I have had to come out the stream and restart it before which works if no joy yet.
  2. It is all conjecture what if this happened or that happened my own personal opinion is R/R was the better option ,you have your opinion which is your prerogative.
  3. Exactly wasn’t just after a home loss that this was rumoured, it has been there poor form all season albeit Sedgmen to a lesser extent.
  4. Also to consider taking Ulrich out off the team and we are Vulnerable. Yes we will most likely qualify for the play offs but with the team as it is now would have little chance of winning them , hence why changes need to be made.
  5. £2,500 raised in a collection for Ulrich today at Glasgow. In his short time at Glasgow we have really taken to him speedy recovery hopefully, both teams could be doing with him back sooner rather than later.
  6. Looked on the pace just seemed to drift too wide towards the end off his heats and losing momentum, also rode well on Friday still has talent.
  7. They have put a lot off work into the track over the last few seasons, Steve Lawson was up during the winter getting the dip on the 3rd bend resolved and you can see that the riders can attack the track with confidence. we have witnessed some fantastic racing at Ashfield this season and previously.
  8. Think it was just a case of the intense heat , didn’t affect the entertainment value as much as it was a disappointing result it was a very enjoyable meeting. I have on occasion seen the dust far worse than today , but track prep since the new owners have came in has been in general spot on.
  9. My wee pal I have absolutely no idea what your on about , and no I don’t work or volunteer as track staff don’t know if my wee pal does whoever that may be. Just posting my thoughts on track watering and now I’m a track curator. Out of curiosity do you have any idea what should have been done to improve your spectating experience regards watering because apparently we have no clue. Not that myself or my wee pal declared we were experts in that field.
  10. Seriously though it’s a fine balance between watering and overwatering and I guess it’s hard to judge that balance in that heat. Dropping loads of water down means riders get filled in the following heat , it may be as you say less watering more frequently but it is a thankless job in extreme temperatures as we had today.
  11. On a day like today you put water on it and hope for the best. Your welcome
  12. I was considering running behind the water bowser at one point to cool down. But whilst there was some dust they managed to keep it down on such a warm day.
  13. Liked the first part not so much the second part.
  14. Fair point why we just didn’t go with R/R today is baffling.
  15. On a more serious note how long does after sun take to kick in or is a cold shower the answer. www.burnttoacrisp.com
  16. Sam likes a bit more dirt but with the conditions today that wasn’t possible he has been superb at home so far. Broc has been a bit hot or cold but is always liable to pop up with something when you least expect it.
  17. Most off us were saying last night R/R was the better option.
  18. We were disappointing today, not often you can say the opposition attacked the Ashfield track better than the home team but that was the case today. We got what we deserved today nothing.
  19. No your correct probably hasn’t but we were second best today which is unusual let’s see how we bounce back from this. You were right about Etheridge we got the Berwick version today.
  20. I am sure thing’s will be being looked at as we speak.
  21. As I say no complaints about today poor choice off guest swung it your way. Need to be changes with Ulrich unlikely to return any time soon but we’ll deserved win today.
