I stand correcting but stockcar racing and speedway tracks don't mix.

It should be another win for the Tigers. The Sheffield lad's are all on the pace and have started the season in good style. The track should be back to it's best with plenty of shale on it. How the stockcar's get away with leaving the track in that condition is beyond me.

Blame the stockcars for the state of the track. They had to take all the shale off the track just to get it raceable. Heat13 was worth the admission Stead and Bjerre at it hammer and tongs. Great race.

What a great day,once again the speedway family showed how it should be done. When Ricky came round on his last lap of Owlerton it brought a tear to the eye of a lot of people. The meeting itself was run brilliantly all the riders gave it a real go. Very entertaining. Steady looked the real deal. back to is best on that showing.
