Woods won three USA titles 68,70,72, i am convinced he would of done very well,like himself Autrey a few years later he fell foul of there own authorities and in a way took a year or two away from him.Alan Christian is another one who i believe would of done well but he didnt want to make the commitment.

I think Bast had the ability but maybe was there something inside telling him he was not that confident in his own ability.i think if he had gone to Wimbledon he would of done well at home but i am not so sure about him on his travels.At the likes of the big tracks Sheffield,Halifax,Swindon,Exeter,Belle Vue that's where my doubts lay.After Keeter, Autrey showed the way came over in a tough era came out of his comfort zone and became an outstanding rider why didnt Bast do the same?.I have seen alot of Bast interviews and he seems a real nice guy and was comfortable with how his career went i admire that i wonder if he has any regrets.?

Did you go anough to be able to have an opinion? or did you just read the updates (ect)?.

The guy might be decent, i follow the Scorpians and i admire the promotion but this risk of a signing is a mega risk.The PL is a tough league and both Jorgenson and Birks fired out is a risk.

Get to January and hopefully this will be over, and hopefully? i have grave doubts Darcy can get back to what he is best at racing speedway bikes.He has made mistakes some bad ones and he needs to take a low profile and get over this any other mistake could be terminal.His career reminds me so much of Michael Lee any mistake people are down on him like a tonne of bricks.Now it is down to Darcy a great rider a real talent now go and show us what you are capable of.

A great rider had a great style, he also rode for the Halifax Dukes only as a stop gap though.

A great service i take it for granted should'nt do but you all do a great job.

Those riders for me are aiming at being a top1/5 rider in the EL,if they do that progress has been made,Newman a prime example can he cut it in the top five ?i hope so he has improved the top five is a different ball game that's why I think Lambert has done really well no heat 2s to get confidence from.

Less meeting's i want more meeting's with rain offs (ect) at times its like you are waiting a month for a meeting.The EL needs revamping totally, i am a big PK fan but as usual now Britain is a great stepping stone for something better.

Thats the difference WK,when i started going riders like Keen,HItch,Munday,Duke were no world beaters but they were entertainment great value great team members fans favourites.Would those riders of that ilk get the chance today over a foreigner probably not.

Get real are they on there traditional night of all clubs? saying that can you ever remember a Saturday night track NO you were probably not born.You make really good points and you make alot of sense but this choice because of the series was taken away from us.,

Chalkie the pole is very good i believe he is very ,talented Kildemand i hope he is back in 2015?to realise his dream of getting to to the series he should be in it NOW anyway?

Remember people at there peak thats what i think,! i can remember Briggo saying keep doing it if you enjoy it because you can never have those few years back again.You Know eaces1 that Collins at his peak Penhall would not of beaten him much at Hyde Rd what a compliment that is because Penhall was class he could of won four or five world titles.

Thats the problem we don't operate seven days a week, we are restricted surely you see that?.As an ex) twenty thirty years ago there were Saturday night tracks of there CHOICE now there are the odd few meeting''s. if we are lucky.The GPs practice on the Friday the EL are screwed is that RIGHT or WRONG? if so are the clubs being compensated.?It is not your fault SCB but you never see the old BL in a reasonable shape dictating it was the best league in the world now we take the scraps on offer.

As Humph has said the SGP has robbed us of attracting better riders why didnt the clubs get compensated for this?.Its like a corner shop being forced not to open on certain nights that they wanted to, this GP series really has took British Speedway to the cleaners.

Sarjeant,Rose,C Wright,Worrall were the ones that impressed me the most last year, more so than the odvious suspects Newman and Garrity.Rose come on a ton was really impressed when he got paid 8 at the abbey be great if some of those guys and the likes of Auty,Birks,(ect) can be real in and out top top five riders in the future.

I think clubs will be cutting back on average foreign middle/reserve riders in the future.It is one way of saving money is it right i don't know but this draft system has to be sorted out soon that is one of the biggest issues for me.

You would think there would be a way for supporters to have a input and talk with the promoters.(ie) try to make this great sport better it is so frustrating.You wait on year on year changes made without the customer having any say how many other businesses don't listen to there customers.?

Such a shame really i was looking forward to it,if Lee is in agreement then that's the most important thing i will look forward to his Dads meeting first thing next year.

That seems a great idea,i personally hope the FT sceme goes to the PL i dont think there are anough lads good anough to go around for the EL.English lads who are roughly at the same level to all get a team place,my wish is for teams to keep roughly the same core of the team with hopefully Lynn being able to track Kerr,Rose at reserve.

Yet his employer/team can come out and crucify him how is that right if i am bollocked at work it is kept in house,confidential between both parties.

Backtrack is a great publication i would be willing to pay more for it, online is not the same for me.The only grumble for me is why isn't this terrific magazine available at every track? saying that i thought ordering it is was easy and always prompt.
