If so why is Lindback in the meeting ? the system is FLAWED Covatti was eliminated in an early round yet he was aloud to qualify for tonights meeting.For me Lindback is not a top ten rider tonight he proved that well done to Chris great stuff chuffed for him young Pawlicki through he will be great for the series a real player in years to come.

No way on earth Lindback SHOULD get a wildcard and if Lindgren qualifies i will be gutted do we want to see the BEST in the Series?.

Olsen/Briggs/Mauger/ (ex) and in recent times Holder have all made huge SACRIFICES missing out on family life.To be top of the tree you have to do this in the tough world of sport what i don't understand is when Emil retires surely he will be a wealthy man?.When he is older and looks back,i believe he will have huge regrets for me he is the best rider in the world but Tai is grasping his chance and fair play to him.

Time is slipping him by,who knows Tai will more and likely of won three/four titles by then also the likes of Pawlicki/Dudek(ect) will be stronger.Also can he ride that much better than he is at the moment in three/four years time? he will do well to keep at the same level.

Such a shame i think all the effort in the world should be made to get him in the series.But I can understand his reasons though,if he entered for me he is a certain winner it would be CRIMINAL if he never won a world title GREAT rider.

TMC i actually did not even see the thread until now,i have not been on the forum this week much.Louis (snr ) was a terrific rider was not a favourite of mine but he must of been one of the best visiting No 1s stat wise over a period to ride at the Abbey.He beat Briggs,Ashby,Kilby (ect) and as a visitor he would be up there with Olsen,Mauger,Michanek, Wilson, as one the best to visit Swindon.These threads i love as a rule where you can learn from others,and it is great to hear others people's memories.I like WK won't be cancelling Backtrack a great read,i have every one of them and all i would say is keep up the good work TMC.

Chuffed for Lewis got a well earned point from the back in heat two, later on had a great heat win a huge effort after being out for weeks.Fricke was the difference tonight he has always impressed me.

Should be a decent meeting, Cook,Kurtz( can he handle the occasion?) and Masters against the field for me.

I rate the rider i liked him at Swindon,but Zagar in the EL now is poor value for money our league is a after thought for him.

In heat 15 coombdog before Nick fell, Zenghi would of taken Doyley for sure as you said the speed he showed down the straight was amazing.Doyley really attacked bend two and was making decent ground there it has to be a know brainer to get Jason back.Jason/Zenghi/Nick would be a nice spine for next years team also i would like Kurtz in if the rules allow but Poole more/likely have him signed and sealed for the future.
