Well since i have been going to speedway i haven't seen a more exciting rider than Briggo !! Peter Collins comes closest.

Both were great riders the reason they were not included were no fault of there own just the war (ect).Crump in 75 was outstanding and that was his chance gone, but he still had a great career also he had a squeak in PCs win.1982 he was disappointing and i thought he could really ruffle some feathers as in league racing he was still a force to be reconned with.

no order. J Crump, Young, Sanders, Holder, (Crump senior/ Adams) could not leave either out.!

Speedway is the loser again!! in these tough times for the sport a bit of unity is needed..Peterborough what can you say, and i have just read of the shabby treatment of Rene Bach a club in crisis comes to mind.

What do Swindon fans think? how long should we wait on the Hans and Batch situation sit tight be patient or look elsewhere.A difficult call for the management i think,off the subject last week i see a bit of footage of Max Fricke god style wise reminded me so much of the Great Leigh Adams.

Agree do speedway make there own rules up? If challenged legally in court there is only one winner surely?

RIght,get in the real world! these riders were not tapped up your Micky Mouse club should of been ahead of the game.Did your club start trying to address your problems on the 25th of October?Should of had these issues sorted weeks ago.

Totally agree if we don't get Hans or Batch for whatever reason try and get someone else.Peterbough are a joke! They don't give too s..s about British speedway as a whole! I new speedway was a joke as a whole now it seems it is in total disarray.

If so why hasn't he signed! It is January surely they know now at what level his fitness is.?

Good news for Batch and Doyley ! Tungate doing ok i think he will do well for Poole has a lot of potential.

In January none of them as far as i know have deals sorted? Andersen,Batchelor,Iversen, Bjerre,Why? My point is if all of them don't get sorted are Peterborough worried if they make a living in England or not.They should be as business sense you would at least expect a loan fee (better than nothing) wouldn't you.? Iversen unless he rides for Lynn he won't ride in the EL, why would he ride for Peterborough they showed near zero faith in his ability.How can pro speedway riders be sorted out in say late January be geared up and ready to perform?

I didn't agree at the time either about the change but the management was right as they got a massive response also they had the balls to change there mind.

The difference is Swindon can keep there assets and riders happy!Hans has showed that Peterborough have messed about Bjerre Andersen, Iversen big time over the last few years and this year what a joke.

I hope Swindon don't pay over the odds for Andersen as he might get a testimonial and they will have to pay most of that.I hope they buy both though, Batch as well but not to be held to ransom!If they buy both with PK they should have a good spine for a few years in a way i feel Peterborough have acted terribly with Iversen as well and deserve the minimum.

The ones i see Crump,(class,)Street,Eide,Iversen,Plant,Herne,Johansson. The best? Crump,Nordin,Harrysson,Eide,Golden,Street,Iversen.

No if that happens! i would love it!! that a rule come in that your club eventually gets nothing for him ends up e free agent.They have handled this affair dreadfully, if NKI dosen't ride for Lynn i hope he sits the season out the same with Batch (which is unlikely).Why would either of those riders want to ride for your club!!.

Totally agree Brum, this bloke Avtar makes sly comments but does he ever have a real opinion ? None with any longterm gains for speedway just the odd sly dig here and there.

Didn't the great Mad Wellie Malc Holloway whip Buzz Burrows,s one night? i think he scored 20 pts? Both were great value and there contribution to speedway was huge.
