  1. It must be a while since you have been as our track has been very good this season since Terry joined the team.
  2. Reliable sources say he was announced at the talk in. The photo on the Hammers website says "returning number 1 AJ" attached to the article for 2016 team building. Shame as had hoped we would have had him at Coventry but AJ agreed to be at Lakeside for 2 years.

I will add averages and change riding numbers if needed once this heatleader list is announced. It could be interesting.
  4. Exactly. I don't get how a rider who already had EL experience with Poole even before the draft and has now been riding in the EL for a while can still be graded at the bottom of the draft list. What has how well he rides the PL tracks got to do with how well he rides the EL ones?
  5. Yes, or 1 above & one below as long as all 3 are on the heatleader list. You can pick 3 riders off the heatleader list and 2 of 2nd strings not on that list. Still has to also add up to the point limit overall However we know anything could still change.
  6. http://tinyurl.com/ocn8me2 Rosco seems to think Hans will be a heat leader
  7. Hans wasn't just off form for Coventry. He struggled abroad as well and even in the SEC
  8. Wouldn't want KK who is in the worst form I have seen him. I like Robbo but he's not the answer either. If honest I'm still undecided about Sarjeant as spent a lot of time touching tapes. We know he has potential and what he's able of but he really needs to get that sorted. I would als have King over Barker any day of the week
  9. Well said. Think fans should wait until each team is announced
  10. Doesn't Hans Danish club also ride on a Wednesday?
  11. So did I esp after Hans had such a bad season. There is no guarantee that he will be any better next season.
  12. If he rides like he did most of this season then we will be very pleased 😉 Did think he would be at Swindon though
  13. Exactly. He's one of the strongest on the EL tracks yet will be ranked bottom so Poole will get one of the first picks of tier 2 again. Should get a starting average based on what they do in EL not PL
  14. Fingers crossed that it's good news
  15. He's not exactly going to say he's already signed any where if he hasn't before the AGM or if it's not been official announced. He said on tapes up only a couple of weeks ago that he want to be back with Coventry. We have his testimonial to look forward to as well.
  16. CRADLEY Heathens are on the lookout for new management to take the club forward. The current consortium, which brought the world famous club back to league racing in 2010, have reluctantly made the decision they cannot continue under the current circumstances. They are keen, however, to emphasise they wish to see the club continue into the 2016 season if at all possible. To that end, a meeting has been arranged with the interim board of the newly-formed Heathens Supporters Trust to discuss the situation. Based at Perry Barr Stadium in Birmingham, the Heathens have finished third in this year's National League. However, it has been a logistically difficult season for the management with Nigel Pearson unavailable on occasions due to his broadcasting duties, Chris Van Straaten needing to give his full attention to Wolverhampton and Gary Patchett unable to attend events at the stadium. The consortium state: "It is a very difficult thing for us to do, but unfortunately at this time we cannot continue for both business and personal reasons. "It is our intention to do everything we can to allow the club to continue under new management next season rather than close the club down. "We sincerely hope the forthcoming cup tie with King's Lynn at Perry Barr on October 14 is not the last ever Heathens meeting. "Our sincere thanks to the fans and sponsors for standing by us in a difficult season at Perry Barr and to the support of the Birmingham track staff through Denise Drury and the excellent medical team. "But special thanks to our team manager Will Pottinger for his sterling work once again." Any interested parties are asked to email info@cradleyheathens.co in confidence.
  17. I imagine Chris Harris would be the first name on most bees fans teamsheets. A must for 2016 I would be happy with Harris & AJ at 1 & 5
  18. Would be surprised if he wasn't the first signed.
  19. Exactly. We should be looking at Golden heats now if the Ref/SCB had done the job. Well done Belle Vue. Gave 100% over both legs Best I have ever seen Craig Cook
  20. He's looking at retaining some of this years team and speaking already to an additional two riders. He said all of this years team had expressed a desire to return to the bees in 2016 but at the moment whilst he has some ideas of who he would like in the team, a lot will depend on what happens at the AGM. Horton said he didn't think any new teams will be joining the EL and seemed to think there was a very good chance Lakeside will come to the tapes next year. Laurence Rogers has said he's 99% sure there will be a Coventry Storm team next year and he's already working on his team. He's hoping the point limit is increased for next year. Horton said he is considering a Brandonapolis to end this season (although I personally don't think he has a lot of time to organise it as almost Oct already)
