Belle Vue V Coventry 30th May, 2016

Beating Cook & Nicholls home & away (the riders he will be against in British Final) is impressive. That said I wouldn't expect you to say anything good about him judging by your previous negative posts about anything Coventry -

You must have saw different to a lot of others there then as updates says he rode very well to beat Nicholls, Cook, Worrall & Jacobs. A lot of praise for him on Twitter. -

It's been a entertaining weekend of close meetings with good racing between these two teams. They have been very closely matched on track. Credit to Coventry & Belle Vue 👍🏻 It shows it can be done without off track politics ruining it. -

They did well to keep it that close against a strong team, esp when no Bates and with Harris struggling. Must have been hard for Woryna esp with minute silence before with everything that's sadly happened. A much better fightback from the bees away, I just wish they could do it for a whole meeting. -

Shame this wasn't today's televised meeting. Great to hear so many positives amount a meeting 👍🏻 Sounds like another good meeting for Garrity in main body of team. Good news ahead of the British final -

Congratulations to Belle Vue on the win 👍🏻 Shame we didn't take a point in the end but 8point loss could have been worse esp when missing Bates & with Harris having a poor meeting. Might stand more chance next time. This bees team don't look great on the road but at least they fought back in the 2nd half Good to here lots of positives about the stadium and racing. -

Belle Vue Twitter saying meeting is delayed by 15mins but fans are saying there is still large crowds queuing to get in. Although posts on Twitter thinking it will be later than that as the ticket system takes too long and causing massive hold ups. I guess it's still trial and error at the moment -
Thanks. So if Sarjeant had signed before 1st June he would fit as his PL average is 4.41 (goes to 4.58 after) although no time really now. Lewis Rose would have possibly fit.

Monday May 30, 2016 JAMIE Halder's injury from Mildenhall yesterday has been confirmed as a fracture to his arm. The break is to the radius bone at the elbow. His wrist is not broken as originally thought, but it was the force of landing on the wrist which caused the break. Jamie is likely to be facing around four weeks out of action, and we wish him well for his recovery. An update on Martin Knuckey, who was due for surgery to his broken leg on Monday, will be provided as soon as we can. Meanwhile there is better news on Liam Carr, who came through a practice session on Saturday after his recent scaphoid injury, and he now expects to make a racing comeback for Berwick this weekend. Thanks. What is the average limit then for a PL rider to ride NL? 👍🏻

Bates is due back from injury next week. How did he ride for Birmingham last year? Spiller would be a very good option

Tough one to call. Swindon no longer have Tungate or Justin at reserve but Wright has been riding well. Poole have been poor on the road so far and have already failed to win against Coventry, Wolves, Leicester & Lakeside. Swindon have started the season strongly at home. I agree that on paper Poole should be winning these meetings but currently Swindon look more solid as a team on track. Predict a home win by 8 I'm surprised this isn't the sky meeting

Looking at the race by race line up, I can only see a Belle Vue win. When Swindon won there, Max was missing and the Aces hadn't had much race time. I think we will struggle at reserve & with Ashley in the top 5. Not sure what mind frame Kacper will be in. Prediction 56-34 -
With Knuckey, Carr and Halder now sadly all out for a while with broken bones, will Coventry look at bringing in riders to replace them for the foreseeable future or use guests for the next 4-6 weeks? Are Sarjeant, Stefan or Bates averages too high to ride NL?

Didn't he mean he didn't want to ride every home meeting on sat? Twice a year is fine
