  1. Great return from injury for Garrity tonight in the PL. he got a full 15pt Max 👏
  2. Yes. He is a Birmingham asset Coventry have had a lot of home TV meetings so can't really afford to always just reduce admissions. I think it's a good offer http://bit.ly/2aDj2q8
  3. Assets don't really mean anything anymore. King is not a asset of another EL team so wouldn't be a problem.
  4. No Kaspazak and NO FACILITY meaning only a 3pt EL rider/6pt PL rider at number one. Should be an easy home win in a meeting we could have won with a full team.
  5. BREAKING | Jason Garrity has passed a fitness test and returns v @ipswichspeedway at Owlerton Thursday night 👍👍
  6. I would love RR for our number one on Sat. We are going to Leicester without KK and no facility so 6pt PL rider 😮 Not ideal for Lakeside tonight
  7. You were the one only a couple of weeks ago telling us how wobbly Pedersen was and how having him at reserve didn't strengthen you against Coventry as he wasn't in good form and that's how he had dropped his average so low. You need to make up your mind. You have got a rider guesting who has the same average. Wright spent several weeks riding well in the main team so didn't just get his average at reserve.
  8. Brilliant from to hear Kaspazak is racing and fingers crossed all is well with Garrity and we get to see him back. He's been a loss. Now we know we are back next year (what a relief) I hope Kaspazak is already being asked to return again next season.
  9. Danny King guests in place of Max Fricke. Good choice of guest at Belle Vue. TEAMS WEDNESDAY AUGUST 3RD Belle Vue Rentruck Aces Matej Zagar; Steve Worrall; Danny King (G); Scott Nicholls ©; Craig Cook; Richie Worrall; Joe Jacobs Team Manager: Mark Lemon Lakeside Vortex Hammers Andreas Jonsson; Edward Kennett; Richard Lawson; Lewis Bridger; Kim Nilsson; Robert Mear; Lewis Kerr Team Manager: Kelvin Tatum
  10. But yet our weak link in the SWC wasn't King or Cook who both had heat wins and 2nds. It was actually Lambert who came 3rd or last in all his rides. King had 2 less rides than him and still scored more and was flying. However the experience should hopefully help for future development. 1. Craig Cook 1, 0, 0, 3, 1 = 5 2. Tai Woffinden 3, 2, 3, 6^, 3, 2 = 19 3. Danny King T, 0, 2, 3 = 5 4. Robert Lambert 1, 1, 0, 1, 0 = 3 5. Adam Ellis We got silver which is a huge achievement when you look at the strength of the final line up.
  11. The fact Doyle and the Aussies made no fuss and Doyle was even smiling straight afterwards in the pits speaks volumes. We have seen Jason many times in GPs where he feels he's been wrongly excluded and he is very expressive. I think even he felt it was the right decision
  12. So if it goes by how a riders attitude was off track rather than just how they are on track, I take it even though Ward was a Huge talent on track you didn't rate him highly due to all the trouble he got himself in to off it?
  13. At least this gives Garrity more time to get back for the fixture. Hopefully we will see 2 full strength teams Good call as forecast is terrible
  14. Adam Roynon's baby boy was born today. Congratulations to him & his partner. 🐝🍼
  15. He's been my family doctor for years. He did lose a lot of weight several years ago but put it all back on. He is a great doctor though unlike a lot of others at his surgery which is why there is usually 4 week wait to see him.
  16. Answer to that is yes as the first time he won it, it wasn't at Sheffield. This is the 2nd time he has been British U21 champion
  17. Did read on Twitter that the next meeting could be next week now. Hope we get to see one this week though. There's also Belle Vue V Lakeside as an option on Wed
  18. In the end it was more of a cock up on Sweden's part as Lindgren was very poor in the race and beaten by King & KK. Once I heard he would be the rider with the responsibility of trying to win Silver for them, I knew GB had it in the bag.
  19. I think he has a bit future in the sport. However I think it will be throwing him in the deep end and putting huge pressure on him too soon. I think he has a bit future in the sport. However I think it will be throwing him in the deep end and putting huge pressure on him too soon.
  20. Whilst I think in the future he will grow as a rider, I do think watching the SWC last night it did show that Robert Lambert is still a while away from being ready to contest with the GP type riders. I think he needs another couple of years yet as even on home shale he struggled last night.
  21. What was wrong with Holder when he was asked to come out on the tac sub? He didn't look very happy and also when he came back in after winning the previous heat? Was it just because he was going to be off the outside gate or maybe because he could see Lemon had messed up
  22. The track was terrible and boring yesterday. Tonight it delivered. The racing was much better and great for passing which made it a great meeting. As Scott has said before, the track is different from one meeting to the next when contributes to the lack of home advantage for the Aces
  23. Lambert tried hard but found it difficult although every point is important. King came very good in the end with a 2nd and a win and good from cook. What a fightback from Team GB. Brilliant to finish with a silver medal. Congratulations to Poland and our bees no 1 on winning the World Cup. I felt confident that GB would get silver once I saw Lindgren was in the last 2 heats. Poor under pressure As for Doyle, he was right. There is a really weak team in the final. 😂
