  1. Think most people were surprised when Holder was originally announced. I'm sure Newman and Ellis with enjoy representing Poole and go for it. Shame the same can't be said for Buzz, Holder, Lindback, Brady & Pedersen
  2. It's still a competitive line up. Yes not every team has their number 1 riding but most have their 2nd or 3rd rider in it. The line up has some strong riders at Brandon and racers. £20 is quite reasonable It's a long winter with no speedway
  3. Chris Harris I will be doing a give away for the kids at 6.45pm by the track shop tonight before the ELRC at Cov.Happy to do pictures 📸 & autographs 🖊👍🏻 https://www.instagram.com/p/BLTSpDnAkjj/
  4. They actually haven't as both Ellis and Newman only have 5 point averages. Therefore only Starke has a lower average than them in the whole line up That's a shame as he had a good chance. Any reason why? Why no Fricke for Belle Vue? Imagine one of the Worrall brothers will replace him Weathers dry, but chilly
  5. When you look at the line up for the teams and where their riders are in the team averages. Belle Vue Cook (2nd). Nicholls (4th) Coventry King (2nd). Coventry (3rd) King's Lynn Iversen. (1st). Lambert (2nd) Lakeside Kennett (2nd). Nilsson (3rd) Leicester Houggard (2nd). Starke (4th) Klindt is injured Poole Ellis (6th). Newman (7th) Swindon Morris (2nd). Tungate (3rd) Wolves Lindgren (1st). Masters (2nd) Most teams do have 2 of their top 3 riders riding in it. The line up looks weaker because our league is. Poole are the only ones tracking their lowest averaged riders. Tonight is also a chance for Bees fans to say their goodbyes to Bomber riding in bees colours and show their support.
  6. Really poor from the Poole riders when not one of their top 5 could be bothered to ride and represent their team in the meeting. Just like the play offs, it's left to the reserves again whilst the others don't show up 😉
  7. I agree. He's criticised it a few times this season but he has had a point. Lindback struggled on it on his return and after one meeting on that track, he didn't ride again 😉
  8. Holder still listed as riding and has currently not declared otherwise
  9. Has a new track been found then for after these 3 years? Can you see it happening?
  10. Looks like Holder really is cutting his ties to the club then
  11. Not sure he's a loss. Wouldn't be one of the first names on my team sheet. I'm surprised Swindon brought him TBH, esp with us looking to close in the not so distant future. Could of then used him for free
  12. I actually wouldn't. British speedway is ok for him when he has nothing else to do but if Wolves were not in the play offs then he wouldn't have returned (they weren't his first choice club this year) I want somebody in my team who wants to ride all year, not just let the rest do the hard work and then come in for the glory at the end. He has a terrible attitude. I don't support him in the GP either.
  13. Belle Vue yes, King's Lynn I have to disagree. Track isn't as good nowadays and seems to be a lot of gate and go.
  14. I agree. Adams was very respectful in his interview towards other play off teams and came across well. I think he could teach Tai a thing or two
  15. Tai isn't British Champ. Danny King is. Tai couldn't be bothered to come over for it. Waited to know that Wolves were definitely in the final before returning for the last few meetings
  16. Tai showing his usual lack of class. Loses more fans each time he opens his mouth. Easy to come back when the rest of the team have already got you in the play offs. Wolves were the team of the play offs and rode very well against both Poole and Belle Vue. The Belle Vue track produced some great racing.
  17. Will Kylmakorpi still get a medal as he got them to the play offs and rode most of their meetings?
  18. Wow Jacobs in for Scott. Nicholls really doesn't enjoy this track. This is definitely the heat that Wolves wins the league
  19. Congratulations to Wolverhampton 👍🏻 Belle Vue may have been the best team during the season but Wolves were the best over two legs. The Aces lost this in the first leg as they left themselves too much to do
  20. A lot of moaning on here. £20 is a good price for the meeting and there aren't going to be meetings for several months. I think there are rider who should produce some good races and some I enjoy seeing at Brandon (a few I don't) Count me in 👍🏻
  21. 10 of the 16 riders don't ride in the PL. The line up is much better than the PLRC
  22. Gave over for Belle Vue. They have been brilliant all season but threw it away at the worst possible time
  23. Still the reserve race that should help Wolves. Another ride for Max also who's struggling
