@SkySpeedway: It was agreed by all at Poole Wednesday track was not fit for racing. Mondays was a different matter #chancemissed Sky seemed to agree that Monday was not down to the weather but more the track. Buster has also said the same.

With rain due from 7pm, with this being a must run meeting, why can't they start the meeting earlier

Difference is Harris has qualified for his place not just expected to have it handed to him regardless of his behaviour. Maybe this is the fall back down to earth Ward needed to realise he's not the be all in speedway

Why should Poole have a whole meeting of practice on Coventry's track

Really glad Ward hasn't been given a wild card. He threw away his best chance this year and so should now have to earn the place through qualification like Doyle has. Personally I haven't missed him in the Gp as seemed to spend most of his time coming down to force a rerun. There are better riders in the series than him such as Iversen and Holder.

Garrity and Harris guesting for Kings Lynn Batchelor, Kennett & Johnson guesting for Poole. Weather looks terrible for today but more promising for tomorrow if they can get 10 heats in before 10pm when rain is due again.

Thursdays forecast is a lot better now though with only early showers so hopefully should be okay then. Shane they didn't cover the track like Swindon.

Weather forecast looking better for Thur now so if they have covered the track they should be okay, may even be okay if they haven't. Otherwise agree with the post about doing it Friday morning if no other options. The forecast is rain in Poole all next week so the next problem will be how would they host a final if they got through if unlike other teams, they are unwilling to use the covers.

Thursday is the reserved date if Poole can't race Wed although there is suggestion of a neutral track being used if still not able to do it as we'd will be third attempt.

Poole need to put the covers down and get the meeting on as evening on wed is okay. If they were told it would be awarded a walkover to kings Lynn they would soon do it. Weather looking good for Brandon on Friday

Something will have to be decided soon as rain forecast for most of next week as well. Weather so far is meant to be Good Friday in Coventry so would be silly to cancel it when wet all next week.

Really looking forward to this meeting. Hope our riders arnt going to be guesting in the semi final 2 days earlier though

Its not the weather thats just the problem, its the fact that Poole Didnt have tge correct equipment and made a big hole in their track that they are striggling to fix. It's been mentioned on Twitter that the fixture has to be fufilled by the end of next week so they are currently looking for a neutral track that the 2nd leg will be staged at if Poole are still unable to do so in a weeks time.

If cant get the semi leg ran then there is only one team already in the final and it ain't Poole On a serious note I agree that Poole have already had 2 chances to host it, In poland it would have been declared a walkover if they had been unable to find another date before Monday to stage it

Agree. What's wrong with racing Sunday? If not then they would have been racing in play offs Monday anyway so should have been told to restage it Monday and then have play offs wed & Friday. Why are they not racing it for another week?

why can't poole and Kings Lynn race Fri, Sat or sun?

Same here. Have loved watching them and with more teams joining the NL next year, it could be even better

Garrity won't be in the draft next year so if you want him he will be in top 5
