Agree that Cook would be great at Leicester. Can imagine Doyle and Cook as starting point. Think KK will be the other GP star they are talking to (although GP form goes out the roof for him in EL) Would Leicester have to change race nights if 2 GP riders or use guests?)

Pete Lawrence is currently working on it and we have the backing of the MP and councillors In order to do it we would have to prove its historical value and reason why it should stay.

Still along way to go though as if the council really want it to happen then it won't matter what we think. The best way is to get it registered as a heritage site and fast. Has a long and huge history, it needs a future.

. No what we are saying is that even Havelock doesn't feel Ben is fit but once a rider declares themself fit there's nothing anybody can do even if he's only 50% fit. Surely you accept now then that Poole were cheating only a few weeks ago. Did you feel the same then when Shamak was able to ride in polish fixtures and speedway Gp challenger but yet Poole were still getting guests and claiming he was "injured" even though riding elsewhere? Does that mean you feel they were cheating for several weeks this season?

Never seen anything linking Max to Wolves. As for Garrity did Wolves say he likes it there or that he asked to ride for them? Garrity has said he said to them on last visit he likes their track but as he publicly said, that just means he likes to go there and beat them on it

What he said on sky and said off air are not always the same thing. Ask Havvy if he agrees Barker is fit to ride.

Max has Stated he would love to ride for Coventry next year. The only obstacle may be the clash with his PL club. If not at Coventry then could see him at Belle Vue as enjoys their track.

Agree. Barker clearly showed he is not fit to return and was a silly risk to take going in to the final when still in pain. A guest would def be better.

Coventry have shown lots this season what they can do when they are up against it. Hans does need to step up but my biggest concern is Barker who is no where near fit. Would be best using a guest if he's still struggling with injury. His last places were the biggest difference last night.

The rule is you can't GUEST twice on the same track within a 8 day period (unless at No 1) Garrity and Harris will only have guested once in a 8 day period as on Monday they won't be guesting, they will be riding for their own team.

Its strange but I actually feel more confident that we can win at Poole than tonight (although both would be great) esp now look at Poole's guests tonight compared to monday. King should do really well as riding as a second string and usually scores well at Brandon as a heat leader and Shamak of course always goes well around his home track.

Surprised they have booked Morris as if the track is wet he will give up. Glad from a bees point of view though.

Both teams rode well but felt for both teams the guests were their better riders with Kennett the best rider for Poole and Harris & Garriry for Kings Lynn.

That was with reserves taking Howarths rides. Coventry won at Poole when they had Ward. However we all know that anything can happen in speedway.

Big risk when Barker hasn't had any race time to see if fit. Hoping he is okay

Because it was meant to be the Monday just gone (13th) but was cancelled due to Poole not staging the semi in time. Good weather forecast tomorrow. Also bit different failing to stage a meeting once and failing 4 times!
