  1. Agree that both are better esp under pressure. North was great on a 4pt average as a second string but he is now on a 6pt average which may see him in a heat leader position which he struggled with during the play off semi. He is also a rider who gives up very easily. With rumours that Coventry may also have been interested in him, on that average I would be glad not to sign him.
  2. I would be very happy if Hans was back with Coventry in 2015.
  3. Thanks you to Sue and the updating team. They have again been brilliant this year.
  4. Sarjeant to stay and captain the side again
  5. On twitter it says Richard Lawson was announced as the first signing for Lakeside for 2015, yet not on their website. Can anybody confirm it?
  6. Personally can't see Greaves at Coventry, Not good enough and terrible attitude. We have much better assets on the FTD to join Sergeant

Josh Bates As signing's are made, if you have any that are not announced above then please post the link so I can add them. Thanks Good use of the points by Belle Vue and Coventry who have worked right up to the limit
  8. The stadium and the sports that the venue hosts are a big part of our lives and also our families. Thats is why we must not give up in fighting to keep Brandon and speedway in Coventry.
  9. 13 years since my first meeting but been going regularly since 2007
  10. Thanks for the information Jeremy. As you can imagine, with all the talk of Brandon Stadium being demolished but silence over if any progress is being made with regard to the future of Coventry Speedway, fans will be worried. Coventry bees are one of the most successful speedway clubs there are and as we have seen with crowds this year and the campaign, they are still well supported. This site is not a true reflection of the following of the sport, I would hope any potential promoters or owners looking to invest in speedway would go and watch it at the stadium rather than take the posts on here seriously. I understand that information about where you are looking at can't be revealed until appropriate, I think fans just needed to know if still looking. Thanks and good luck Been a brilliant year for Coventry Bees and Storm and I look forward to 2015.
  11. Well said. I have attended almost every home storm meeting this season so gutted to not be able to attend the final. Been a good year for both Bees & storm. If Sandhu is trying to put fans off attending speedway at Brandon then it hasn't worked with me. Introduced my cousins and auntie this year and they have loved it. Good luck to coventry storm
  12. After what has been a brilliant season for both Coventry Bees and Storm, this is a sad way to end the season. I feel really sorry for the Coventry Storm riders as this will now be like a home meeting for Cradley as Clegg and Perry both rode for leicester in the FTD and a lot of their team had experience riding there last year in the EL whilst most of the storm riders didn't and it is also Sarjeants worst EL track. Storm are going to need support even more now
  13. Very worrying with everything going on with Sandhu wanting to get rid of the stadium
  14. If the rule (which stopped Rory doubling up) is put in place from the start of the season, meaning Aussie riders can't double up then Fricke would have to pick either PL or EL anyway. If that does happen then I can see him riding for either Edinburgh or Coventry depending on their promotions team building.
  15. Been drizzling last couple of hours but nothing heavy. Ground bit wet.
  16. Same here. Think most Coventry Bees fans are hoping Harris announced soon.
  17. Yes when both Coventry and Wolves were there for same meeting, Garrity said he had mentioned he liked the Wolves track but that didn't mean he wanted to race there. He said Coventry is where he wants to be next year. I guess though we will all just have to wait and see when teams announced. Maybe Coventry could use a swap deal of Kennett for Garrity as assets with Rye House.
  18. Ben Morley is guesting in place of Steve Worrall. Good luck to Coventry Storm. Know they will give it their all.
  19. Really sad to hear, enjoyed the meetings with Birmingham. An team in the EL & PL has been ruled out for Birmingham but maybe they could have their own NL team like Eastbourne.
