  1. sounds like it was a good close meeting. Promising signs for both teams, a lot closer than I thought it would be.
  2. Promising signs from Coventry Storm in their first meeting, to keep it so close and take it to a last heat decider against title favourites and get a point. Storm had the stronger heatleaders but Cradley definitely have a secret weapon at reserve, Perks was on the gas. Really good to see Ritchings returning to racing after his horrible injury last year 1st holder of the Bronze helmet is Dan Greenwood
  3. The Glasgow meeting isn't on the list on the sky sports site. Neither is the May 26th Swindon v Bees meeting.
  4. He had a crash riding for Redcar the night before Bees first EL meeting. He had confusion and badly bruised his leg. However he is still getting headaches.
  5. Have to agree. But concerning that Robson is still getting headaches. Hopefully he will be back soon.
  6. Think it's too early to write Belle Vue off after their first meeting riding together. May take a little bit of time to get settled. Still think they will be in top 5 of the table come August.
  7. Predict a home win. Think King's Lynn will be too strong for Belle Vue
  8. Did Freddie break the track record as their promoter predicted he would before the bees rain off? Belle Vue kept it close but was surprised by some of their riders low scores. This on paper should have been their easiest away meeting. Still early days though Congratulations to Wolves
  9. Meetings closer than I thought it would be at the moment. Wolves need to get their heatleaders firing
  10. This will be the first time the storm team have ridden together so think will take a couple of meetings to settle. It will also be Darryl Ritchings first meeting back since his injury a year ago.
  11. Rather than insulting each other and speculating about track can we focus on the meeting and teams please.
  12. Thanks. Will update as he was the one I wasn't sure about.
  13. Wasn't sure who he was a asset of.
  14. Heard the same a week ago but surely just rumours as wouldn't it mean a 6pt PL guest s only facility if they missed this meeting for Best pairs practice. AJ & Doyle both rode on the Friday before travelling for the meeting the following day North and Holder will most likely do the same.
  15. Simon Stead (Sheffield)Craig Cook (Edinburgh) Steve Worrall (Belle Vue) Stefan Nielsen (Belle Vue) or should be Danny King (Coventry) Stuart Robson (Coventry) James Sarjeant (Coventry) Robert Lambert (Kings Lynn) Lewis Kerr (King's Lynn) Richard Lawson (Glasgow) Ashley Birks (Sheffield) Adam Ellis (Lakeside) Simon Lambert (Leicester) Josh Auty (Scunthorpe) Kyle Newman (Poole) Paul Starke (Somerset) Nick Morris (Swindon) Lewis Rose (Swindon) Charles Wright (Somerset) Kyle Howarth (Workington) Josh Bates (Sheffield) Ricky Wells (Wolves) Josh.G (Somerset as Poole didn't sign him at start of season) Kennett (Should be Rye House but deal in place so he doesn't miss Home meetings for Lakeside, not sure what happens if both away) The most confusing one seems to be Blackbird. The home team get priority over his fixtures. However if away from home who knows. Not been confirmed by either club.
  16. Think Belle Vue look good on paper. No disrespect to Wolves but this is their best chance of getting away points as harder fixtures to come. Good to see both teams at full strength.
  17. Personally I think the combination of Hans, Nicholls and Blackbird are stronger than Adrian & Wright (maybe not Batchelor)
  18. Hans Andersen and Scott Nicholls guest in place of Adrian and Batchelor. Blackbird guests for Wright who is riding in the PL.
  19. Think Poole will be the bees biggest test. With the inclusion of Rory, I think they may edge it.
  20. That's the big downside. As a bees fan I look forward to Watt's visits but he's out injured so it's Rory instead.
