  1. @OfficialCovBees: Concern from the open meeting at Glasgow where Sarj has had a crash. He's walked into the ambulance. We'll keep you in touch. Would be a massive blow for us if he's injured. Esp with his laughable low ranking on the draft list.
  2. Personally don't think slating him will help build his confidence. Not sure why the panic buttons are being pressed already. The team are currently 3rd in the table and have 100% home record. ALL of the team battled hard in the SCL meeting yesterday and held their own against a very tough line up. Really surprised with the negative comments about Rory, I'm sure there wouldn't be a shortage of clubs wanting to take him off your hands.
  3. Davey Watt is back racing today for his Polish team. scored 0,1,3,3 so far . Good return for him
  4. Yes confirmed on Twitter a few hours ago.
  5. I realised the British Final was the 15th when I posted the starting post in this topic.
  6. @nigelpearson: Heres my diary of live #speedway on Sky: APRIL 27, MAY 12 & 26, JUNE 1,3,15, 22, 24. Visits to B Vue, Glasgow, Swindon, Cov, Poole. This means the 29th Wolves v Cov isn't confirmed yet. Wonder what the fixture on 24th June will be.
  7. @RustyH25: Just an update. Rusty's in a lot of pain. Broken shoulder blade, broken ribs and a collapsed lung. Hopefully know more later.
  8. The Met office app has heavy showers followed by rain most of the evening. BBC weather has showers/rain all evening http://m.bbc.co.uk/weather/2642314/tomorrow Fingers crossed its on.
  9. At the moment the weather looks likely to be the only winner again 😞🙏
  10. By the 4th May, most teams should have ridden similar amount of fixtures to Lakeside so will give fans more of an idea of how their team is doing. If you went by how many points were scored/lost so far out of available points, table would look like this: Coventry (18/21 - dropped 3pts) Poole. (18/21 -dropped 3pts) Wolves. (9/14 - dropped 5pts) King's Lynn. (9/16 - dropped 7pts) Leicester. (6/17 - dropped 11pts) Swindon. (6/17 - dropped 11pts) Belle Vue. (4/22 - dropped 18pts) Lakeside. (10/32 - dropped 22pts)
  11. Good luck Coventry Storm. The team is looking good.
  12. That's why they have picked up 12points out of 12 so far away from home 👍 lets hope for more of the same.
  13. Bit worrying for Lakeside that they have only 10points from 9 meetings. (Why have they had so many fixtures already compared to everybody else. strange fixture planning)
  14. Sorry meant Leicester (it's cos I was thinking of guesting for Lakeside tonight) Morris in good form but no where near Hans at Leicester. Morris only scored 6 tonight & that wasn't racing at No 1. Maybe rain will save us lol 😉
  15. He's bike problems against Poole didn't help that.
  16. Great guesting by Hans 3,3,6 so far. Bees are really going to miss Hans when we have to go to Leicester without him on 9th May Much better nights for Ellis and Lambert.
  17. Hans is gonna be a huge loss to us when we have to go to Lakeside without him esp with not many guests available. At the moment guesting at Leicester he's scored 3,3,6
  18. gutted for King's Lynn that they just missed out on a podium place. Great effort by them all though
  19. Great to see one of my favourite riders, Hampel doing well
  20. Well said. Sarjeant never rolls, he is just very good at anticipating the start. However if he misses the start he is able to overtake as well. Love having him with Coventry Bees
  21. Its a shame that the number 5s only get to race against each other in every race, rather than mix it with some of the other riders
  22. This is a different Zagar than the one I watched last night at Brandon
  23. Brilliant racing from Lambert in heat 5. Really held his own.
