Still think this will be a home win for Swindon as their team should be strong enough at home to score enough with R/R If Newman rides like he did last night then it should be a easy night for Wright. -
Wolves V Lakeside Hammers 25/05/15

If Freddie isn't back then it could be tough esp with limited guests available with only Belle Vue & Swindon not riding. However Lakeside are not known for their away form. -

Not sure how it's the same as Magic. Kildemand got injured and so misses the meeting. Magic said he was injured on sat after riding in the GP so couldn't race Monday but managed to race on the Sunday. Hardly the same. -
His points were removed for Coventry which meant Lakeside then had the win and made the play offs a head of Coventry.

@OfficialCovBees: For Monday's meeting v K.Lynn, @BomberHarris37 is away at GP qualifier - we're pleased to have booked @scottnicholls78 to guest for him.

@SwindonSpeedway: BREAKING NEWS Peter Kildemand has been ruled out of tonight's meeting with knee damage sustained in Denmark last night. We will use R/R. -
Stars V Wolves - Wed 13 May
mdmc82 replied to pointsmeanplayoffs's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Yes I'm sure. He's beat Tai once in a messy first bend although Woffy is using NL equipment tonight. Other than that it's mainly been Rose, Simon Lambert, Stefan Neilsen, Charles Wright & Carl Wilkinson. i would be very concerned if he couldn't pick up points against them. He had lost to the riders he would be against in the EL like Cook, King & Nicholls. I really like Howarth, I just dont think this is one of his best tracks going by his past & recent meetings there. Yes and I still stand by my comment that in the ELITE LEAGUE he does always struggle at King's Lynn. -
Stars V Wolves - Wed 13 May

Yes. In fairness a lot of his heats tonight are against PL or FTD riders, it's a bit different to riding against most established riders. With the exception of Tai in a messy first bend (who's on NL riders bike) he has only beat riders that are mainly on the FTD that he should be beating anyway Didn't he score very poorly during the Stars V Wolves meeting in question? -
This should be a good meeting. Good to see another PL fixture on sky
-
Not sure why you keep comparing him to Pedersen. He does race hard but what Ward did was even more dangerous. He knowingly put his peers at risk and then made excuse after excuse.
-
I like you Arya but some of your comments surprise me. Yes he wasn't drunk driving a lorry, He was over the limit and about to race at a speed much faster, with no brakes against other riders. I'm not sure how people can still defend him!
-
👍🏻 couldn't have put it better.
-
He will for a like for like swap Ward's average is 8.70, if the meeting points are removed for the Leicester meetings then he would be closer to 9
-
It's been confirmed today that any points gained after ward was suspended from the GP will be removed. This means that Janowski will have to be getting maximums in all his meetings if he's any chance of averaging 9 to swap places with Ward in the team.

Been a while since I have seen him miles behind. He's look better than some so far in the GP & recorded hardly any last places. However I understand these topics aren't created for praise, just sad individuals who have nothing better to do than consistently look for fault in a rider even when he's doing very well. I don't see posts like this started for any of the riders that do seem to have had a poor start to the season. Not really sure why some people seem to have a personal grudge against him. 😴 -

Who do you see as being the top 4 SCB? -
That's what I mean. They are taking it as a compitition rather than just a training experience. That said I am looking forward to watching Coventry Storm next Friday.
-
I think it's not just down to luck, having a manager that publicly bad mouths individual riders might have contributed to them wanting to leave.
-
I agree with Speedibee. I noticed the crowd was terrible on Friday but then I have friends who didn't go as Greenwood was missing and so that thought it was likely a loss. Cradley, Eastbourne & Birmingham don't seem to see it as just a development league.
-
I don't think Bridger is the answer for turning this team in to a top 4 challenging team. He always seemed to have more poor meetings than good. A lot will depend on the final signing as to if Leicester look likely to move from the bottom of the table.
-
I go to watch Coventry Storm and yes whilst I do agree that it is partly about helping riders develop and not always winning, a lot of people won't pay out money to go and watch a losing team so would affect crowds.
-
Thought exactly the same. We were already struggling a bit with Farnaby but feel this may be a step backwards.
