A 28day ban could be bad news for Poole as need Magic to get his average up enough before they can do a like for like Swap for Ward. With all this talk everywhere of Janowski most likely to be the rider to be let go, if I was him I wouldn't show 100% commitment either.

The thing here though is the rules are very clear in this situation and there are only two options available to him. The Poole fixture was in place first and the other is a challenger that Magic has only just been named it. 1. Use a 6PT PL rider 2. Ban Janowski for 28 days and get EL guest. Coventry had the same problem last year with MJJ

What would be the point of that when the weather forecast is just as bad for Wolverhampton.

Bad news for Poole that Janowski isn't riding. It should be no facility as Magic should ride in this.

Still time yet but big ask when a guest reserve has scored almost the same points as the other 6 riders put together.

I imagine he would as could be riding in Poland also tomorrow if no discomfort during today's meeting. However first he has to get through practice and then if able to hold on okay then through today's meetings. All big IFs at the moment.

Not sure if this has already been answered elsewhere but aren't Stefan, Fricke & Bech riding in the same u21 meeting in Italy? If so why was Bech able to ride but not the Belle Vue riders?

Shamak (if he wants to return) could replace Watt. If he gets through to the Euros though I can't see him wanting to commit to anything else. Then to fit Ward in at the end of the month, Magic would either have to get his average as high as Ward's so could be replaced or would have to replace Holder & North as only allowed 2 riders over 7 in team if redeclaring. Very risky taking a team apart for one rider and madness replacing Janowski who imo is a better rider than Ward.

And wasn't Coventry's with Ritchings instead of Sarjeant 😱 I agree that changes definitely need to be made at reserve but the question is who do you bring in? I was very surprised when Lakeside protected Ellis in the draft as didn't stand out much last year Imo and came off too easily.

Magic 8.22 (same) Holder. 7.47 (Average gone up) North 7.19 (Slightly up) Watt. 6.54. (Down) Gomolski 4.67 (Same) That's why I'm not sure why there was all this talk of Holder doing bad just to drop his average as both his & North's average will stay above 7 anyway due to rolling averages.

The Met office & Weather Channel both say it's going to now be dry all day. I can't call this one. As Poole last time were better at our track than their own. Magic, Holder & North all ride it well but more importantly Newman is super fast around it. Robson is struggling at the moment so Watt & reserves should be able to take points from him and we have no Hans who had just found form again. going to need JK back scoring again. I think this could be a narrow win for either side
