  1. Just noticed from new averages. Interesting that Gomolski is one of the only 2 riders to up his average for Poole this month.
  2. Congratulations King's Lynn. Good guest in Adam Roynon. Sounds like NKI had a brilliant night. Gutted for Belle Vue. So close to taking something from this meeting. Bad night at the office for Nicholls & Fricke. I hope Stefan is okay after his crash
  3. Team average will be 32.31 so we are 1.69 under the limit still. New averages Harris. 7.09. (+0.06) Kylmakorpi. 7.00 (+0.51) King. 6.71 (-0.05) Andersen. 6.59 (-0.46) Robson 4.92 (+0.14)
  4. New averages are out. From August 1st, Watt returns to a heat leader position and North a second string
  5. Enjoying our banter 😉 Noticed new averages are already out. Magic & Gomolski are the 2 riders to improve their averages!
  6. New averages are out. Hans is a 2nd string
  7. In the new averages, Bjerre will be a 2nd string from 1st August
  8. Phew that's a relief that it's a tier 2 rider guesting for a tier 1 rider that's cost them the meeting and not Their 3 heat leaders hardly scoring and Branford out of his depth 😴Was the 21st the cut off date for the averages 😉
  9. @nedpayne_echo: Ford in prog notes: "There is one potential change we could make over the next fortnight... I am keeping a very close eye on the situation." Howarth maybe? (If averages become low enough 😉)
  10. Nothing against him as don't know him personally, however I remember people saying what a lovely person Ward was at one point.
  11. OR Poole being less than honest. Would hardly be the first time would it
  12. Oh dear. 😞 it seems like the rain has followed Belle Vue @KLStarsUpdates: Can only hope the rain has missed the track as it's currently hammering down in the town centre Fingers crossed Buster hadn't watered the track and it soon goes off. Heavy rain wasn't forecast on the ones I saw.
  13. Away points scored this season so far. Coventry 26pts Poole 22pts Belle Vue. 12pts King's Lynn 8pts Wolves. 3pts Lakeside. 1pt Swindon. 1pt Leicester. 0pts Belle Vue actually have the 3rd best away form in the league
  14. Poole's main problem wasn't the TR, they were still winning after that. It was the way they collapsed in the following heats and didn't get any heat advantages and Wolves fought back strongly. It was the 3-3, 3-3, 4-2, 5-1, 3-3 that lost it for them. Wolves coped better with the pressure.
  15. Might want to let Batchelor know that's the plan as a few drops of rain and he's like a lost puppy 😂😂
  16. Will be an important one. Imagine it should be on sky
  17. We are now 5months in to the season so I'm not convinced form is down to injury for Bjerre or Morris from last season. With no disrespect to Morris but he wasn't scoring great for Wolves last year before the accident and that was against easier reserves. He is one of the lower ranked reserves so will be a bit harder from him but can see improvement in him. There are a few tier 2 riders who have had periods where they have struggled this year. As for Bjerre, he has been like this for years now. Either double figures or nothing at all. Teams know that when they sign him.
  18. A lot will depend on if Swindon can start picking up away wins as they have lost all their away meetings so far this season. Things may be a bit clearer after next week as they have 3 away meetings in one week against Wolves, Poole & Lakeside (no Wright against Lakeside and imagine no Rose for any of the fixtures) Belle Vue are strong at home & have only dropped points twice this season at home (both times to Coventry) but need to keep this up. A lot depends on the form of Zagar & Cook.
  19. That's true. However they still have to win them first
  20. King's Lynn are strong at home so I still think they will have enough to win this. Again a lot will depend on which Zagar & Cook turn up, both inconsistent away. Bjerre should be better at home than away on Monday. Kerr is a big loss for King's Lynn, I think Morris should be able to out score Stefan though. Predict a King's Lynn win, however any points Belle Vue could take would be great.
  21. ask me again end of next month.Still a long way to go before we know if it will be Coventry or Poole having first pick. Also won't know until nearer if Belle Vue,King's Lynn or Swindon will be joining them in the play offs. For neutrals its a good think none of these things are decided already with a lot of fixtures still to come.
  22. The fact the houses are going up quickly at the current stadium yet there is no sign of the new stadium being built yet and we are half way through July is a bit concerning. Look how long it took Belle Vue to get everything signed and approved and then the time period to get everything built.
  23. Dangerous move. Here's the link https://mobile.twitter.com/svenssonsvesse/status/623547155337318400
  24. Tomorrow should definitely be a big home win. When on form Sarjeant is great but he's not a tier 1 rider and is struggling a bit with his arm still since his crash at Poole so not 100% Josh Bates has found some good form of late and is 3rd on draft but is being replaced by a Branford who is 9th on the draft who is returning from injury.
  25. A bit of a concern. With no building having started yet, if there is a delay will the Robins be able to stay in this stadium for longer?
